First try and good. Like cake doughnut consistency. Did a half batch substituting my GF baking flour for the regular

I left them down frying too long. They got crisp a bit.

As soon as they start to brown, flip them.

Don’t overcook. Try a couple first and adjust cooking time accordingly

After revisiting the Sambuca Kisses recipe, I’d do it over the recipe in the OP

We perfected a baking flour years ago and use it in all of our desserts

For something commercial, I’d recommend the King Arthur or a 1 to 1, cup for cup product
