Anyone care to share there devil egg tips? I've got quite the stash of fresh eggs so it's time to do several batches of devil eggs and looking for the little tidbits that set them apart from the rest. Thanks
Well, assuming you make them right, some people sprinkle a little red paprika on them to give them some visual "flair" but the important thing is they taste like they're supposed to. At least to me.
I also HATE it when someone puts pickle relish in them.
My wife has used chopped up mini Schrimp along with the usual ingredients like pickle relish
Deviled eggs are like tater salad. 1001 recipes and variations.

I don't know about the rest of ingredients, but I do know that Dukes is the Coach Sabin of mayo.
Love them smoked, ingredients of choice, but you need a handful of different hot sauces to try, for full appreciation.
Smoked salmon, capers and dill.
Chorizo and purple onion.
A lot of good ideas.
How about a sprinkle of caviar and / or a small bit of anchovy?

In addition to all the other ingredients listed here, the deviled eggs should be topped with a fresh oyster covered by a large spoon full of good ol' Kraft mayo. That's what you'd call "good eats!"

Can you imagine how many eggs Luke would have been able to down if they had been halved and deviled?
Old Luke was tough. He was an egg eating fool, for sure.

Some people have NO imagination.
I like the oysters , LW

Chorizo and purple onion.
The smoked salmon, capers and dill sounds good to me.
I chopped up bacon and sent with my wife to a function she was going to. Said it was well liked by everyone.
Just this last week I read about using sour cream instead of Mayo. I would try that at home before I would take it somewhere.
Just did a batch for the holiday weekend. Add a dash of cayenne pepper and too with jalapeƱo slices.
