Also, this recipe has been fantastic for using up less desirable cuts, and old stuff that might otherwise go to the dog. I've used four year old antelope that was half freezer burned and it was still amazing.

Hi coldboremiracle,

I had never watched a cooking video done by a forum member before, watched the entire video, you are a "Natural!" excellent job man.

There is nothing wrong with celery leaves and lots of garlic. smile

I do not know if you have ever tried this, I put lots of roasted garlic into my mashed potatoes, and instead of using milk as the liquid, I use Sour Cream, which I warm up in the microwave. I use at least 2 whole garlic bulbs that I roast.

I will be doing your recipe, again awesome job Sir!

Curry powder is spicy, you can add or remove as much spicy as you like.
