My thread gage is AWOL. Does anybody happen to know the pitch on the 3 small screws retaining the front tube to the mount block on the Stith scope mount? The diameter appears to be .136". I'm sure after I go out any buy a new pitch gage I'll find the AWOL one.

I asked similar question ref the front left screw on mine. Not sure you are asking about the same screw. The anser I got was 6x48. Post was here.

Stith screws can be a little tricky. The thread pitch for those is 6-48 but they used oversized screws in some cases on those front tube and dovetail blocks. The diameter and thickness of the heads is unique to Stith as well. Finding off-the-shelf screws to replace them doesn't always work well.
