I have a 450 Bushmaster (factory, not build) and want to change the A2 type stock it came with to a AR-15 ARFX Skeleton Stock. See link below for the one I'm looking at.
Will I need to get the Tube, Spring, and assembly, or can I use what is in the A2 type stock it came with?

Don't mind opinions for other stock options, but I do want to change out the A2 type it came with.

Have 2 ace stocks.
You won't be dissatisfied.

Have one on an AK and like it.

Use the A2 hardware - mounted a dozen or more of them.

The rubber sleeve will most likely be a bee-atch to slide over the buffer tube, but the rest is pretty straight forward.

You don't need the A2 spacer for the Ace - IIRC, but check the instructions.

I've use soapy water for this tight slip on padding issues with bike bar padding. once it dries it won't move again. I'll give it a try if it's an issue, thanks for heads up
