I have a Remington 700 LTR .308 for sale. It has been a range queen, and I need to move it for others. I didn't care for the original HS stock, and replaced it. Buyer has a choice of two stocks:

A) McMillan A5, OD color, with thumbwheel cheek piece and adjustable butt pad. Action has not been bedded in this stock.
OR
B) SPS Varmint, with action bedded in stock.

It has the old style trigger, and factory BDL metal. I have shown a blemish in the parkerizing on top of the barrel from where the barrel rested in the gun safe.

In SPS Varmint stock- $650
In McMillan A5 stock- $1250
Both prices are shipped to your FFL. Add $25 if your FFL does not accept shipments from an individual.

I will try to have better photographs of the LTR in the A5 stock this weekend. Does not come with scope, etc.

How many rounds down the tube?

600-800 rounds through it. Guessing probably closer to 600, but I'll estimate a bit high.

Will also partially trade toward a Leupold 3.5-10x40.

Rifle is available in SPS stock or as a barreled action.

How did it shoot?
