The company minus Trump is simply 'another social media' company.
I doubt he would sell 100% of his holding, but who knows. He's hurtin for money... He's hurting for liquid assets. He's got hundreds of billions in real-estate. The problem is, NY commies have made it impossible to do business with him. No one would come in and pay FMV for his real estate, because the commies will just go after them. OK, here are the numbers near as I can figure;Trump Media merged with DWAC (a SPAC). DWAC has 400,000 shareholders, reportedly mostly retail MAGA supporters. The combined corporation will be trading symbol DJT (ha, ha) (DWAC goes away), DJT expected to open at $40 since it was a one for one exchange and DWAC has been trading at (about) $40. There will be 136 million shares of DJT outstanding after the merger, Trump owns 79 million or 58.1%. Those shares are locked-up (six months), so there would be (136-79=) 57 million shares in the float, presumably trading at $40 each. 136 million shares x $40 = $5.440 Billion DJT total market valuation. $5.440 Billon x .581% = $3.161 Billion Trump's shares (or $40 x 79 million shares if you prefer) Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out with at least 81 million (voters) supporters, they could buy the entire float (57 million shares) to support the stock without breaking a sweat. Buy it and throw it in the drawer (so to speak). Any potential buyers show-up, tell them "from my cold dead hands". Ha, ha. Just say'n ......... Or, you can buy beer and cheetos. Which will wind-up in the toilet.
