Tucker Carlson Discusses FISA-702 Reauthorization

Within this monologue Tucker Carlson hits on some accurate points to share with his audience. The commentary about HPSCI Chairman Mike Turner is spot on accurate. The IC pressure meetings are also true. The analysis of Speaker Mike Johnson also appears to be widely accurate.

Ya, it's up for renewal again. Expires April 19.

The fedgov is too far gone- there's no turning things around now.
The Constitution & Bill of Rights is a thing of the past.
Tucker and others can inform the citizens of what these agencies are doing but that's about as far as it goes.

OK here's proof that FISA is misusing their powers- Rand Paul, ad-hominem , grills a few of them..

If that money's lost, I have one suggestion...

Check the bank accounts of all those representatives and senators.

I just sent my Rep Stauber a nasty gram telling him how disappointed his Republican supporters are in his district due to his unwavering support of Democrat and the RINO Establishment.

He will not be re-elected in Nov. unless he can capture a Schit ton of Democrats.

But then again, I don’t think he is supposed to win,

Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Give a man a welfare check, a forty ounce malt liquor, a crack pipe, an Obama phone, free health insurance. and some Air Jordan's and he votes Democrat for a lifetime.

Inside Baseball Stuff on FISA 702 Reauthorization – The Stuff You Never See Explained

Before getting into bigger picture analysis and intellectual discussion about FISA and the 702 reauthorizations, let me just reveal some inside DC crap that drives me nuts and at the same time will help y’all understand the nonsense.

First, the Intelligence Community (IC) tells congress, particularly the House and Senate Intelligence Committees, that all hell will break loose if they don’t reauthorize full electronic surveillance of Americans. Congress is petrified of the IC.

The politicians and their key staff cannot fathom how the FBI, DOJ, NSD, DHS and contractors use this database to conduct political and “other” (think corporate espionage for sale) surveillance. They really do think the IC is full of honorable rank-and-file. They are inside a DC bubble.

Second, the IC argument is now something akin to we have let thousands of terrorists into the country through the southern border crisis. They say: “My god, we need to monitor the terrorists, and if you take away 702 the foreign terror cells will activate and start killing us all. Do you want that blood on your hands?” You cannot take away surveillance tools.

Third, FISA 702 reauthorization is used as a bargaining chip by people who don’t want to get caught up in the surveillance.

The DC conversations are something like, “Ok, we’ll reauthorize it, but you cannot use it against us – and all the sex parties and perverted stuff we do when no one is around, you must promise to keep our secrets hidden“… Yes, this is why the IC agree to accept a reauthorization that exempts Congress. The IC keep the blackmail – just promise not to use it.

We The People do not have any friends in DC on this issue. The Democrats will reauthorize 702 to continue exploiting surveillance authority – don’t forget over 10,000 log-in portals with access to the NSA database exist, including the workstation at Perkins Coie that ties into the NSA database

^^^This is probably all one needs to know^^^ that this is another scheme to screw the American people.

But wait, something else interesting is going on .......

The last renewal was end of last December. So Congress went through what was portrayed as a Herculean effort to pass the renewal then, but it was only for four months, until April 19 (now). Why go through all that hair pulling and renew it for only four months (now), knowing the same hair pulling contest would gone through again? Well, it was disclosed yesterday THIS renewal will be for two - five years......

Last December conventional wisdom was Trump would probably be going to jail, rather then be elected. But, we would know a lot more by now. So now we do, and conventional wisdom today is Trump would win an (honest) election. So let's renew it for Five years, which would cover Trump's expected term, with no hope of repealing it after the Republicans throw Congress back to the Democrats. The IC would then have the ability to spy on President Trump's Administration during his full term, "legally" so to speak. That has been the scheme on FISA renewal timing. And yes, the Republicans are in on it.

Unless someone can offer an alternative explanation for these bizarre renewal terms.......

House PASSES Bill to Renew FISA Warrantless Spy Program by 273-147 Vote – Here’s the 126 Republicans Who Voted YES to Snoop on Americans Without Meaningful Limits

Gateway Pundit

[Linked Image from i.postimg.cc]

Shortly before final passage, the House rejected a commonsense amendment from Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) which would require a warrant to spy on Americans. 86 Republicans voted for authoritarianism, with Speaker Mike Johnson casting the decisive vote.

As previously reported by Jim Hoft, Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) revealed that Congress gave its members a special carve out in the latest version of the FISA bill.

Not the first time Stefanik has come down on the wrong side. She's never seen an immigration bill she didn't like. Always given a pass by her fangirlz as "well, she's from a farm district....."

Stefanik is a Harvard grad, a card carrying member of the WEF and "grew-up" under the tutelage of George Bush and Paul Ryan. Once again her same fangirlz who go ape chit over the WEF get lock jaw over her membership.

She put on a good show in support of Trump, nothing came of it of course as the anti-Trump machine kept grinding away, so for all I know her routine was nothing more than convenient theater for the cameras.

I won't go so far to call her a traitor, but she is rock solid establishment and deserves constant OBJECTIVE monitoring. This latest vote of her only bolsters that, one should not ignore what's staring them in the face.

I have pointed all this out several times in the past about Stefanik, only to be greeted by the sound of crickets. Course some fangirlz accused me of being wrong about Ken Buck too.

We have given too many Republicans a pass for all the wrong reasons over the years, so today, here we are. A "red wave" House on the edge of catastrophic collapse because it was built on false premise.

Representative Anna Paulina Luna has called for a re-vote, which is scheduled for next week. She's hoping to twist some arms to change their vote. Likely won't work, but worth a shot.

The extension that passed is for two years, a "concession" from five years to help get the votes.

Once finally passed it goes to the Senate, where changes will likely be made and agreed upon in "reconciliation". Watch to see if the two years morphs into five years as one of those changes. The Swamp wants this blanket on Trump's expected full term.
