Youre not working hard enough to figure this out. Get a shovel and start back-digging this. Pot hole it until you see flow.

Turn off systems, check the little red spinny winny whirly triangle. Oh and you got buried irrigation? What a GOATPHUCK. No way I’d have a network like that. I’m constantly setting backhoe into the ground for something.

Huh?
What he means is can you set sections of vertical reinforced concrete pipe and either redirect it or drop a sub pump into. Provided it’s some sort of active spring or a wet-weather spring.

JFC never set tiles for a well on a farm or homestead property? Never dealt with unwanted infiltration?

This conversation drives me nuts.

Figure it out.

Not much use for a back hoe in suburbia. Wish I could dig like that. Love working heavy equipment. Some friends and family have wells but am pretty sure they don't know this stuff.
My original question was meant to ask who could I call to check it out and tell me what's what?

The water company probably has a leak on their side of the meter and don’t want to be bothered to fix it.

You need a water witch. I mean, what have you got to lose? I guess there's a YouTube video.

Call for a free utility locate. See if the city water main or your water service line are anywhere near the wet area.

Could be just a low spot that collects water. You didn't say if this area is high or low or just flat.
