I just noticed a set of Talley's that I picked up used and both rings have an arrow in the center of the bottom of the ring. Can I assume that they are canted? I have never noticed this on any other Talley's that I have mounted.

Interesting - I was curious because I've lapped every one of the 30 or so Talley's I've had, and I scribe an arrow pointing to the muzzle on the top and bottom halves of every pair. But I've never seen that as your photo shows.

Thanks Brad. I have never seen it either? Both bottom sections have the arrow but neither top.

I've owned more than few Talley LW and never saw arrows before.

Arrows point towards the muzzle. They have additional MOA built into the rings.
