We'll all find ourselves in that boat sooner or later, John. While I'm still accumulating (notice I didn't say collecting!), it has gotten less and way more focused than when I was in my 30's-50's. "Hey, is that a gun? Does it work? How much money may I give you for it?" Now it's "If it doesn't fit neatly into my shooting regimen I ain't even gonna stop to look at it, and I don't want it even if you give it to me!" It took me a loooong time to learn to focus......

Congrats Hanco!

My G33/40 is a custom 7x57 by Clayton Nelson.

It shoots the 160 Partition VERY well.

I look at the immediately above G33/40 and absolutely blown away by the quality of that custom stock. Absolutely beautiful. But even more so as comprehending the source rifle. My view already well covered, and no intent to 'rub it in', but seeing the contrast, as compounding the head shaking. If still collecting (more correctly as above "accumulating" from some mauser beauties to some beasts)... the combo as contradictory exceeding complimentary. I'd pay a pretty penny for that rifle as value of the stock alone in adaptability to one of a my Oberndorf commercial sporter pristine barreled actions in Express rifle configuration in 11.75 x 62.
Really all just different strokes for different strokes, for sure!
Best and enjoy a yet super beautiful 'overall presentation' in that rifle as still of package, my green envy!
