Something bull barreled,McMillan or Manners stock etc. Caliber isn't super important at this point. Budget $1500-2000ish. Let me know what you have and pictures are always good.

He sent me pics a little while ago to post on a local forum. 2K i snot bad for a scoped semi custom. It is a Hs stock rather than a Mcm but the gun is a shooter if yo have any interest let me know and I will get you in touch with him.

It was built by Howard Wolfe, to the same specifications of the rifle he built that held the 1000 yd world record some time ago. It would come wiht a 6x24 Burris scope, dies, brass, loading data and some bullets. If interested, I can provide more details and some pics. It seems they are too large to add here.

Last fall while working a load with VLDs, I put four rounds into a big inch at 400 yards. Three inch groups at 550 yards with 180gr TTSX in gusty conditions. McMillan did the bed job in their Lazzeroni stock. I live in shotgun zone only and don't get to use it as much as I thought. [/url][/img] [/url][/img]

1legmont Campfire Regular 1 Joined: Nov 2010 Posts: 831	I have a brand-new Virgin Remington 700 custom 243. Hart 7 twist barrel tapped For the 115 grain VLD. Varmint contour barrel. It all sets in a nice HS precision varmint stock. Anyways I thought I would just throw it out there. If not interested I may keep it and see how it shoots. Cheers
