Just saw a nice recipe for cranberry-pecan muffins over on America's Test Kitchen. I don't think I have an appropriate pan for these.

Any muffin afficionados here?

find a Demarle representative, and buy one of their Flexipan silicon molds. Absolutly the best there is for baking. Period.
You can buy their stuff online. I use their pans and molds for everything I make these days.

you will save money by not having to use the little paper cups. The muffins will all but fall out of the mold. laugh

You probably already know this, but most muffin recipes can be baked in a loaf pan if you don't need "muffins". You may need to bake a little longer, but the taste will be the same and you won't need to buy another pan. Unless, of course, you're looking for an excuse to buy a new pan.
