ISIS is going to restructure the Middle East if only the Europeans and Aericans will allow it to happen.

The best thing to do would be for Obama to arm Fatah and let them deal with Hamas somewhat the same scenario he did in Syria - arming the rebels who became ISIL.
It is better to be judged by 12 than to be carried by 6.
