I'd be trying the 130gr and 150gr TSX.

A 130 TTSX @ about 3050 fps should work just fine. Of course most any 150 or 165 would work too. Heavier will work too, just not needed.

ANY game bullet will work for a 308 on deer. Black bear where? In thick woods I would pick something that would exit for certain and give two holes to leak blood. A bear can cover a lot of ground quickly and their fur can soak up quite a bit of blood before it starts to hit the ground and leave a blood trail.
