If you look closely you see that's what his delima is, they don't like the electric at all.The solar fencer is at the top of the post and the yellow insulators are surrounding everything

There are folks here who know more about bees that I do but I will give a few directions for you to look.

First, there are lots of beekeepers using electric fencing. I believe that is a nice swarm in your picture.

We hve started to leave the normal or standard hive and are leaning hard to the Perone Hive believing the less you mess with your bees the better they will be. http://www.bing.com/search?q=perone+hive&FORM=AWRE

This reminded me...

Somebody asked me about my bees a few months ago. Sorry to report that when I had to go to he hospital for my extended stay, the bees were lost.

I hope to get a bigger swarm this spring and try again.
