It's looks like a toy gun in the picture 😄 it comes with tps scope rings and a egw Pictanny rail. I have over $100 in the base and rings. Like I said it's an excellent shape. If I had to rate it it would be very close to 98%. I can ship to your ffl unless you are in the great state of Tennessee. I'm going to start out at asking $1000. As I have a lot in this rifle. I had a friend told me about CLE and said he was sending his gun off to them and wanted to know if I wanted to send mine in. So I let him send mine in with his.
