Good price but if you send anything back to them, they have the slowest refund time I have ever seen.
Been waiting 2 weeks now [sent a scope back ] and was told probably another week before I get a refund check.
Calling is frustrating, was told "hold on a minute" and 15 minutes later a new helper comes on the line, finally gave up when told by 3rd "helper", just wait 3 weeks before you call again. B.S.

Cabelas customer service has really went south.
They had gun safes on sale in May. I bought one but had to pay for it to get it at the sale price. It should have taken 4-6 weeks to come in. It's still not here.
According to corporate office the store has not even ordered it yet from liberty. According to the store it's been ordered. Corporate refuses to help me with it or find out what's going on with it.

The customer service is the only reason I buy from them but I recently had a similar experience. I had something on backorder for over 6 months that was supposed to be shipped in a week.

Me too until this safe deal. They came right out and told me I would have to fend for myself with the store. That pizzed me off more than waiting on a $2,000 safe. Dink

All the big box sporting goods stores suck
Never bought a gun from any of them.
Used to be able to buy USA goods... no more. However, cheap goods IS what sells.
Can't buy what I want ......don't shop there anymore.

I don't think I've ever bought anything from Cabelas that wasn't on sale. Done a lot of xmas shopping thru their sale catalogs. Can't even begin to tell you how much money I've saved. Bought a bunch of new Leupolds in the last 6 month. VX2's and VX3's. Buying new thru them cheaper than I see used ones posted on here. Everything I buy is shipped to me as the closest store is 2 1/2 hours away. I've never had a problem.
