Paypal wants to avoid endless litigation by the blood-sucking trial lawyers who will pounce if/when any paypal-purchased weapon is used nefariously.
I can't blame them.
I've bought stocks, scopes and myriad other rifle-related things with paypal. The NRA uses paypal to enlist its new members as well.

But later in his speech, Trump promised to support religious freedom. That's what I really care about - the freedom to disengage from society at large. "Do not conform to the pattern of this world..."
