anybody had case seperation with their brass...I have had two rifles with this issue and both were 25-06
i usually use a lee collet die but may have full length resized once at different times for the two rifles
Were the cases really short in the headspace dimension for the first firing?
When you did FL size how far did you push back the shoulders?
that is what i was thinking they were short as new...i only push them back when re sizing to fit the chamber removing the firing pin assy to make sure i am feeling the fit...just thought i would ask others
FWIW I just measured a few new Nosler 25-06 cases and they for sure were not short, in fact they were 2-3thou longer at the shoulder than I typically size to. I usually bump the shoulder .002, but that is just my chamber.
these were guns with custom chambers so they were not on the long side...i have got to say i have loaded for 35 years and never experienced this before so i dont think the issue was on my side...who knows but wanted to see if anybody else had this issue...thanks
Nosler is pathetic! They charged $116 for 25pieces of 325wsm brass. The same Nosler brass was $84
sold by Natchez. They have absolutely no intention of honoring the lower price- often a courtesy most businesses offer. Sad but true. Now I’ll only use their products if it’s something I need that no one has, and will post my poor experience on the internet.
Although there is absolutely nothing I will ever need from them. Farewell Nosler, price gouging is a big slap in the face to its customers.
-Nosler sucks . They are thieves and happy to continue business as usual.
Early Nosler brass was usually pretty good but I have not and will not buy brass of their own manufacture. At its price point its way over priced and quality is suspect.

Of course I was able to find some crappy early stuff. The 308 and 270 ones I got were pretty darn soft, and the necks weren't very concentric either.
