After 10 to 12 hours of labor on the biggest dog of these two, I really feel I have these pistols in serviceable condition to where they are worth the asking price.

I don’t want to spend any more time on them.

On the one that needed the most work, I actually fit the brass to the wood as well as the original work would allow, really thinned the forearm, fixed the stripped ram rod thimble, sanded most of the junk finish off, cut the trigger guard spur off and most importantly, made sure they were both rust free. After internal bore inspection of both, there is no bore pitting.

All that said, these are not pristine like the original duchebag seller described them as and they both need some work. The gun with the spur on it still is serviceable and can be shot as is but the brass fit sucks and has very rough sanding marks still.

The one I did all the work to just needs finished sanded and wood oiled/finished how you like.

Again, I do feel these pistols are now in very serviceable condition and I feel I un-did all the terrible work to the pistol that was in the worst shape.

$300 shipped for the pair, and I’ll include a sheet of 220 grit,
320 grit and 600 grit sandpaper in the box.
