I am selling the tikka I have at the end of the week and I'm in the market for preferably a Pre-64 Featherweight in .270. Also interested in S.A Classic Compact and "classic" 5-6 digit featherweight. Thank you.

Kyle
Not interested in any push feeds...
I believe someone here in the classifieds is selling a classic 7-08.
Hoping for a .270. Possibly a .308 depending. Unless it's the SA compact.. I'd be less choosy.
But I may change my mind, I tend to do that 😁

How about a pre in 264 mag?
Idk, i got too many long barreled rifles lol
I have a 5 digit "Grandfather to the Model 70" made in 1931.
Model 54.
Make me an offer if interested. 30-06.
I have two of them. I am only half-assed interested in selling one. That last photo, was peep sights at 100 yards. Nothing like sub MOA(without first flyer) with a Winchester using Peeps! Action like glass.

Interested in a custom. I have a custom build with a pre 64 featherweight action, McMillan glass pre'64 style stock chambered in .280 Rem I'm considering putting on the market.
I've often wondered about those rifles, didn't old Jack have one of those in .270 when it came out? Beautiful
any photos Steve? Thank you! Not sure I'd be interested but Rifle pornography is never bad.. rite?

Dang, were I to sell my pre-64 270 FWT, it'd be nice knowing it was going to a guy that calls himself Model70Fan. smile

Good luck with your search.
I am a really big fan but the hell of it is a lot of guys on here know way more of the specifics than I do, I'm young yet lol. First love was for the 94 that I bought with my dad at an auction.

Have you looked on gunbroker? I was tooling around on gunbroker earlier today, there were a couple of nice pre '64's in 270. Not sure what your price range is.
Yeah I keep looking around. I'd like to stay under $1000

Good luck staying under a grand for a FWT 270. I just sold a very nice one for almost 2x that.
Seen some nice ones go for under 1000, I want to hunt with it, not looking for mint, just good condition.

I have a pre 64 featherweight in 243

Also have BACO supergrade with awesome wood in 270

Please PM me if you have any interest in either.
Always interested in seeing them!
