Gunbroker for a good idea, look for the ones that have sold, not the asking price.

$1200-1500

$1,100 to $1,250 with rings and bases. Do not include your scope.

negatives,
synthetic,
223
12 twist
soft market

If you have the original box and test target, that is a plus

How long is the barrel? Thanks.

Have one in .17 Rem. Look around a long time for it. If yours is minty, I would think $1300-1500. Wouldn't sell mine for less than that.

As a buyer that is where I would want to be on it, although I don't see the twist as being that much of a negative since I use them with 40 & 50 gr bullets. The market is pretty soft on anything that costs more than $400 - $500 it seems.

Honestly I think you could get a little more for it than that. I think the synthetic stock is a plus . As being a 223 you can find ammo for it anywhere. Also it is a cheap to shoot rifle. Would be a great prairie dog rifle. Yes the gun market is soft now.
