You might want to ask if it's been gold plated too.
Not bad for a gun that sold for 500.
WAS 433.00 at Buds Gun Shop.
Guys I get it! They originally were around 4 ish. The .243βs can be had for 4-5 currently. The 22-250s have been going up in price as they are much harder to find. The .17s they sold in this model are going for over a grand. My prices are always negotiable as well. A Rem Model 788 7mm-08 carbine probably originally sold for 150 bucks but they are bringing much more than that now. Values go up, how much is based on the market and what somebody is willing to pay. I do appreciate the free bumps though. I was going to remove the add because I do not like drama however you canβt remove a posting once somebody replies. For the previous serious inquires it is all original and has the updated trigger new from factory from the bad trigger case. I think I have the box as well. No itβs not gold plated that would be just weird:)

How much were Pythons when they were new?
A 22-250 in the Remington Model 7 Predator sold for EXACTLY the same price as did the 223 and 243's. The other chamberings, such as 204 and 17 FB have not been made in years. They are very good rifles, I have them in 223, 22-250, and 243, and can attest to the way they shoot...............BUT, they are on the market right now, for less that $400 wholesale. Even the highest price LGS in the city is not going to mark them up double.
Nice gun.... if itβs not yours stop ragging on the poster.
For reference.....
https://www.cdnnsports.com/remington-model-seven-predator-223-mobr-fluted.html?___SID=UAll they have left in stock right now are rifles in 223 Remington, but they had them also in 243 Win and 22-250 Rem up until maybe a month ago. All at the same price. I don't remember what the price was marked down to at one time, but it was was lower and much needed to sell what they have sold of their stock. Now what they have left is at the price shown.

I don't think anybody would be ragging on him if he was 150ish to high.

I just paid $525 for a Savage/Anschutz 164 .22lr that sold new for about $120 in the early 1980's. Guns are worth what someone will pay for them, just like everything.
I've got two of these that I paid $395 (wholesale) each, one .223 and one .243. I DO NOT have a 22-250. I have not checked my distributors but I did just look at "Bud's" for a data point on what is available to the non-FFL. The two I have were there for $456 and $450 respectively but 22-250s were out of stock. If they stay that way, they are indeed, worth whatever a buyer is willing to pay and I have no issue with the OP trying to sell his at a premium.
Cheers,
Rex

Thanks Rex, As I said before the .17's have skyrocketed and the 22-250's may do the same maybe I should hold onto it:) I have the same rifle in .243 if I were selling it would be listed for around 4ish
Always gotta have a few guys that are way too willing to share their wisdom on what things oughta sell for instead of just keeping their yapper shut and letting nature take it's course.
Kinda pathetic....
I sold one just like this November for $475 with leupold 1β rings
No scope
Not sure if I could have gotten more but I didnβt try

I have my FFL, and of less than a month ago I received catalogs from 2 different distributors showing the Model 7 Predator in 22-250, as well as 223 and 243 for around $395 dealer cost. I didn't call and see if they were in stock, and it's certainly more than possible that they were sold out, as I had no need to. That is what I am basing my information on.
Over the years I've sold several of these Predators, including several in 22-250. When they first came on the market, retail was in the $800 range. but for some reason, they just did not sell as Remington thought they would, and Remington ceased production. The distributors that were stuck with them have kept lowering the price in order to get rid of their stock. Actually, at one time, Zanders had more of them in 22-250 than 22 or 243. So my point I was trying to make was that the 22-250 is not that rare.
If someone can jack the price up on a gun and sell it, that's fine with me. As a matter of fact, I have a 22-250 Predator that's like new, maybe I should sell it if there getting all that valuable.
750 shipped to your FFL with the Talley rings. I checked I do not have the box sorry. I will throw in a couple boxes of shells (shipped separate) as long as your in a state that I can legally send them to.
700 To your FFL Same deal as above.
