Just checked my Wyoming apps and it looks like another year of no Wyoming tags for me frown

Hope everyone has better luck.

I drew my deer tag and will get a Leftover cow tag.
I drew my second choice doe Antelope.

I pulled a muley tag.
I drew a general mule deer tag. Should be a fun trip!
Finally, drew a buck antelope.
2 of us drew deer/antelope does, 1 drew deer. Throw some more preference points at it in 2 years I guess.

We got our elk tags and of course our “General Deer”.....failed on Antelope! 🤬 It looks like I’ll go to my grave without taking a nice “goat”! 🤬 memtb
I will be going on my first Antelope hunt! Can't wait! I will apply for a leftover doe tag too just in case the landowner allows for does to be taken.
I, my wife and my son only drew doe/fawn antelope tags. It is the first time I can recall that none of us got a buck tag. I also was unsuccessful in my limited quota deer tag, so I have to hunt general. My wife drew a limited quota cow/calf elf tag, though!
2 of us drew the lope hunt we applied for.
Failed on pronghorn.
14 PP and failed…..Again
General deer. No antelope, no moose, no elk.
With 2 points in my pocket I applied for a unit that was 94% with 0 points last year. This year it was 46% with 1 point. I wanted a 2 point slam dunk, I got it. Tickled to be going but sucks to have the timing work out for my first antelope hunt where it takes more points for less desirable areas. I'm sure we'll still have a blast though!
I drew a deer and an antelope tag. Can't wait to get out there
zilch on antelope... did get the deer tag I wanted.

Congrats man best of luck Providence that’s my favorite hunt for sure!
No buck antelope tag for the 3 rd year in a row.. Did get 44 in a row so I guess I can't complain too loud!!! Got doe antelope tags, so we will have jerky.. My kids all struck out.. Drew all my other deer and elk tags...
Good luck to all who were drawn. I wish I could hunt antelope in Wyoming every fall. I absolutely love it! Had a great hunt last fall, so I am again building points.
Struck out on buck antelope again. But we put in for doe/fawn tags and were successful. Should be fun to take my two oldest kids on their first out of state hunt.
Got an antelope buck and deer buck tag in my backyard. No quota unit elk tag.
deer tag. no antelope or elk
Nothing much...2 cow tags, additional buck whitetail, pronghorn buck, general elk, general deer, and 2 doe pronghorn tags. Pick up bear, wolf, and lion tags too. Won't bother with the 2 doe pronghorn tags...will apply for another buck pronghorn and 2 more doe tags in the leftover draw. My family drew a bunch more too including 2 great pronghorn tags and a great bull permit too.
I really didn't want to go hunting this year. I applied for the hardest to draw units for Antelope, Deer and Elk. I drew a premium Red Desert antelope tag last year and couldn't use it because of 2 back surgeries I had. I donated the tag to a G&F program for disabled/wounded Veterans so someone deserving got to use it.
The results were out at 10:00 this morning. The wife asked me if I checked the results at 8:30 tonight, I said what for.
I checked anyway, Antelope & Deer were unsuccessful but Elk was SUCCESSFUL! Area # 100 type 1 (any elk) a premium and seemingly impossible tag to draw. I get to hunt Bull Elk in the Red Desert. I can't wait.

Congrats on the awesome tag! Will you be hunting archery season or just rifle?
Nothing for me so I put in for Utah antlerless tags. Been awhile since we were all skunked in the draw. Also had one or two more deer points than I thought I needed to draw the buck tag I was eyeballing. Oh well, got enough options at this point to still have an interesting fall, but Colorado will be much tougher to get quality reissued tags that we had done well on in the past.
Got an antelope doe tag. Its a fun hunt to take my son on. Building points for a buck. I'm sitting on a pile of deer and elk points...although I'm not sure there are deer in wyoming anymore...
Daughter #1, two son-in-laws and I all busted. No antelope hunt this year.
All you people who were successful, congratulations!
This is the first year in 20 years we didn’t apply! The rancher closed up down for a year. Maybe next year!
Unsuccessful across the board.

Wife and I each drew 1 any sex antelope and 1 doe/fawn antelope.
Second choice antelope and a sandhill crane tag for me.

Just rifle...I'm old.
A few years ago I was in the red desert calling coyotes and I kept hearing an elk bugle. Sure enough there was a bull working a small PJ ridge bugling his head off. I saw tracks etc, but never did see him. It was in a really odd place to run into an elk I thought. Never saw an elk there prior, or even a deer for that matter. Just antelope and coyotes.

You will have a blast! Great tag and good luck. Be sure to post some photos of the hunt.
1 buck Antelope and 2 doe antelope
1 Buck white tail. No doe, but I may get a left-over for a friends farm if there are any left.
1 Elk
Antelope deer and elk for me.

I will go to my grave with a shelf full of 68-70" antelope bucks ,but not one a tenth over 70 apparently............
In all fairness, I know people are disappointed when they don't draw tags. But the antelope could use a break in the big tag number areas of the central / eastern part of the state. The numbers are lower than I can remember and there really does not seem to be a large number of fawns this year. The antelope factory needs to reequip the herd so to speak. To add to that it is really dry this year. Prairie is browned off like August already.

I did not draw antelope and my son did not draw deer. Maybe next year.
No joy on moose, elk or antelope, but my son and I drew for late season muleys in area 128. North and South of Dubois. Nov 1 thru the 20th. Plan is to go up a few days early for the end of Gen. Elk, hopefully lay one down and also scout for some swolled neck, heavy-tined, pine pitch darkened, moss-headed mountain bucks looking for love.

It's been awhile since I've hunted muleys. I've been a pure Whitetail hunter since '92.

Should be a hoot.

Gary
Found out today that I got a non-resident doe/fawn leftover tag in addition to my non-resident buck Antelope tag. Hope the landowner allows taking does. Either way, I am looking forward to my first Antelope hunt!

Most landowners in WY that I’ve talked with and hunted with want does to be taken. Good luck on your hunt. You will have a blast. Antelope are fun to hunt.
Just buying points for deer and antelope this year. Got an elk tag in my pocket though so heading to Wyoming again this October. Good luck everyone!
We applied for points only last year planning for a trip this year. This is my first time going to Wyoming for antelope (or anywhere west of Illinois for that matter). A group of four of us will be heading out towards the end of next month. I got a buck and two doe tags for area 26. Looking forward to it, should be a great time.

No but I'm going with someone who's been where we are going several times and he's been successful. We'll be there for the opener.
