I see several posts implying RBG will be the next justice to pass, but Clarence Thomas is no spring chicken. The fate of the nation rests on several razor thin margins. SCOTUS is just one. And unless a justice croaks in the very near future, it would also appear another chicken is being counted prior to hatching. If RBG passed today, could all the RINO's in the Senate be counted on?

Scalia would have had a slight edge, but I have no problem with C. Thomas.

You could have run this poll with "If Barack Obama was a staunch conservative, would you have voted for him over Hillary Clinton?" And we'd be somewhere from 85-90% answering with Obama. Probably more like 95%.
