I don't go just because of crappy coffee at stupid prices... Simple.
You patronized Starbucks up until the point they started putting tampons in coffee at a Los Angeles location?
Who the fugg goes to Starbucks anyway? Especially if you’re a cop...

All the "Coffee With a Cop" events around Miami are held by Starbucks.

They provide everything free of charge.
Anything "free" from Starbucks is overpriced.

I've never had a taste of Starbucks products in my life.

None. Bought by me or anyone else.

PS. Nor anything free after reading above and becoming aware of such.

Same reason I don’t frequent BBQ establishments

Overpriced and I can make it more to my liking at home.

I do not care how anyone runs their business. There’s simply places I go and places I don’t go.
You do have a way with brisket, I'd say.
Drink up suckers. Remember when the figgers held the Hire A Muzzy crap.

Why thank you Jag! That is much appreciated!
Some SJW just patted themselves on the back for fighting "The Man". That will show them! How brave.....

Agree
When I was a helicopter pilot, Starbucks always took care of us. They would never let us pay. The morning of 9/11/2001, the manager of the local Starbucks showed up at the police heliport with 10 pounds of ground coffee and a bunch of cups. He said "this is in case you guys have to stay here for a while" times change though. Staying the hell away from Starbucks. I like White Castle coffee better anyway!

Ron
Too much "rainbow agenda" there for me.
I think this makes the 3rd starbuck’s tampon thread.

Rick just wanted me to let you know.
Baristas wearing BLM attire is why I won't be patronizing Starbucks any longer.

Really surprised to hear that. Around here you’re rolling the dice every time you order something in uniform
Not only is Starbucks overpriced, but it's a Leftist/Commie organization. I can't even keep up with their social engineering. Screw them. Unfortunately, my young daughter loves Starbucks - especially their "Chai tea." I've tried to explain why we shouldn't patronize Starbucks, but at her young age, she just doesn't care. Perhaps the "Fecal" contamination article that Jag posted will change her mind.

*****

There's a serious problem in this country when people, by and large, simply will not stand up for what is right - either for fear of being labeled a racist or b/c it's easier to "go along to get along." There are countless examples and in my opinion, this is a major contributing factor to the state we're in now in this country. Starbucks is a prime example, as is Target, Dick's Sporting Goods, Proctor & Gamble (Gillette), Nike, ad nauseam. These deeply misguided companies firmly believe that their social engineering is the right thing to do - profits, shareholders and consensus be dammed.

Part of the problem is that Leftists of all varieties (Marxists, Commies, Socialists, Progressives, Liberals, Globalists, Democrats...) are activists by nature. They simply cannot let well-enough alone. They cannot allow a well-oiled machine to stand and they must be the wrench thrown into the works. They will never, ever be satisfied, not even if they succeed in their quest to tear-down America and the Founding Fathers (and white people, by extension) who had the incredible foresight, intelligence and fortitude to develop and implement this grand experiment we call America. I call these subversives and their agenda the "Progressive Machine."

Now, contrast the Progressive Machine with Conservatives. Conservatives, by nature, want to be left alone. We're tired of all the insane BS and just want to go about our business. Conservatives are content in their Freedom (such as it was) and, generally, do not seek conflict, violence or radical transformation. There's a reason America is the land most aspired to by the rest of the world. There's a reason that America is the wealthiest country in the world. There's a reason that America has the most powerful military in the world and there's a reason America is "the shining city on the hill." The miscreants, the globalists, would have you believe otherwise. I say f*ck them, f*ck their ideals, and f*ck their agenda.

Conservatives are the "Silent Majority," despite what they would have you believe and Conservatives must get off their collective rear-ends and not only vote, but consistently stand up for what is right. Conservatives, literally, are the proverbial sleeping giant and when we've had enough we will be a force to be reckoned with. What's going on today in this country, indeed, what has gone on for decades with these Commies and their commie agenda, is just wrong. Let us honor the men and women of the past, who paid the ultimate price for our freedom and stand up for what is right!

Sic Semper Tyrannis
I've never seen the inside of a Starbuck's. Hopefully I never will. Coffee comes from my Bunn coffee maker.
Early departure in certain airports, Starbucks is sometimes the only place to get coffee.
The only Starbucks I ever get close to is in the Safeway store in Dryden, Ontario.

I like their coffee especially when I’m on a road trip and need to stay awake for long hours it’s thick $h!t.

To me there are a lot better reasons than the OP for not liking Starbucks chiefly their prices tho if you’re into a cup of good coffee you haven’t brewed yourself Starbucks is right around what gas stations charge. At least around here.

Remember a few years ago when they were encouraged to put up handgun free zone signs but declined saying they’d abide by local laws then they were gun owners’ best friends.

Logic of OP is like those who hate all police for what only some do. If ya don’t like Starbucks that’s cool but application of the Left’s “thinking” on these sorts of topics always strikes me as a bad idea.

Never been to one, never will. I received a Starbucks gift card for my birthday. Regifted it to a cousin.

And I'm waiting to ask for someone to handle my drink that doesn't have a lisp and has been tested for AIDS. About that time it's good to sit down and wait for the gal who doesn't look like she sleeps with Habeeb to get me a refill.

Special discount for bringing your own stainless mug if you all really want to drink there. Personally, I hope their franchise goes the way of the Right whale.
I'll drink starbucks if its around.

I would drive 5 miles past a Starbucks to get a Peets coffee.

Or walk to the other terminal in the airport (unless I have to go outside security, screw that!)

I just remember a Starbucks in Mesa 10 years ago had a barrel, if you bought a pound of coffee to send to troops in Afghanistan, the.y would throw in another pound.

I liked that.
I'm addicted to Starbucks coffee there I said it. Not the Latte phrappay whatever eh sweet stuff just their coffee dark roasts, black. I about never go in to one, do the odd drive thru but I drink it at home get it at the grocery store.
I've gone to two Starbucks several times, one on Ft Carson and the other on Camp Pendleton. One was in the building I was working in and the other was next door to my temporary quarters. Not a fan of the coffee, just the convenience.
Starbucks has been way more pro cop/gun than they needed to be in this climate.

I can't even imagine how hard it is for them to navigate all the lame ass pitfalls being in their business during this schidt show.

Damned if you do, damned if you don't.

Not a huge fan of their coffee either, but the echo chamber around here kinda bugs....
No actual Starbucks location anywhere close but I just looked and woman has a bag ground Sumatra in the cupboard.

Add a little Cool Whip and it would make a wonderful dessert coffee.

I don't agree with this statement. Companies have a fiduciary duty to remain neutral, both for their own bottom line and that of their shareholders. These corporations have no business forcing their Leftist politics down the public's throat and I, for one, resent he Hell out of it. I do not and I will not patronize these companies unless there is absolutely no other option. This is yet another example of "go along to get along," and Americans, yet again, not standing up for American values and mores and not standing up for what is right. What these companies are doing is wrong. They are supporting the communist agenda and they are complicit in the Globalist's agenda to subvert and destroy America - they are subverting the very country that has enabled them to become wealthy. How ignorant, can they possibly be?

Sure, they think they're doing it in the name of "Diversity," in the name of "Inclusion," and in the name of "Equality." They are manufacturing problems where there are none. America ceased being a racist country, long ago, and this diversity crap will be our undoing - it is our undoing. Heck, just take a look at the UK if you question what I've written here.

Starbucks is doing what Starbucks needs to do to survive and I'll not blame them for trying to stay afloat.

They tried staying neutral and had to bow to blm so it aint a "diversity" or "inclusion" thing.

Yes they did, after the open carry idiots forced their hand.

https://www.newsweek.com/assault-ri...vist-debate-twitter-mass-shooter-1453145
Higginez: Again, I disagree. Is this a one way street? So, it's ok for Target to promote perversion, it's ok for Gillette to disparage white men, while elevating black men to saint-like levels, it's ok for companies like Disney and other producers of children's programming to promote mixed race gay couples, lesbian marriage, perversion and white men as bumbling idiots? There are countless examples. All these companies were doing just fine before they made the decision to embark on their social justice and social engineering campaigns. Starbucks has always been one of these companies as well, but when they make a corporate decision to protect their brand, by requiring their employees to adhere to their dress code, the Woketards turn on them. Starbucks had a perfectly valid reason to ban BLM materials and clothing at their stores - they are a brand and they have guidelines to protect their brand, which includes projecting a professional image. BLM t-shirts and other such crap dilutes this brand - it has nothing whatever to do with BLM.

I can & I will blame them for their actions - they, and countless other "PC" or "woke" companies are part of the problem. They are not standing up to protect American values, they are caving to the PC/commie crowd. These Leftists activists are but a minority in this country and choosing to support them over the hard-working American majority is a major part of what's wrong with this country. So it's ok for these companies to alienate Conservatives, while supporting lawlessness and communists? I think not.
Seriously, Starbucks was being cool about it and the stupid a-holes started showing up with ar's and shidt.

The extremists on both sides make for a worse America, but we consider our side righteous no matter what.
I am being serious and I don't consider our side righteous. Our side is righteous. The alternative is Communism, and believe it, Communism is their goal. These Woketards are too stupid to understand it. They are being used as pawns. Look at how well Communism has worked for every country that has ever implemented it. Communism is what they want in America, never mind that Communism is responsible for hundreds of millions of murders. And never mind that Communism will kill them as well.

This is not about equality and diversity. This is about transforming American into a Communist nation.

It is not a one way street and I'm not really sure why you'd bring that into the discussion.

Target pushing the gay thing or Gillettes treatment of men is nowhere near the same thing.

What I think is funny, is how many right wingers see Starbucks as a huge leftist company only because they are from Seattle and sell coffee to left wing commies.

It's not up to corporate America to stand up to BLM.

If us right wingers had the youth on our side, we'd have a cancel culture all our own against Target, Levis, Disney, Gillette etc. now wouldn't we?

I'd prefer they stay out of politics entirely and in my opinion, Starbucks has tried.

Have a good evening.
Higginez: Starbucks is definitely a Leftist company, but not for the reasons you stated:

1) Howard Schultz, owner of Starbucks, is a Hillary Clinton supporter.
2) Starbucks is anti 2nd Amendment.
3) When Trump banned Islamic refugees, Starbucks vowed to hire 10K Islamic refugees.
4) Employees were directed, by Schultz, to talk to customers about current US race relations through their #RaceTogether campaign.
5) Starbucks is anti-Christian.
6) Howard Shulttz is highly intolerant of those who do not share his Leftist ideals.
7) Howard Schultz publicly stated that he does not want the business of Conservatives who support traditional marriage over gay marriage and that those shareholders who hold these beliefs should sell their shares and invest in a different company.

Starbucks has definitely not tried to stay out of politics. Howard Schultz is a Leftist tool and Starbucks is definitely a Leftist organization. No offense meant to you, but for you to suggest otherwise, is simply incorrect.

Additionally, for you to suggest that if we had our youth we'd be engaging in a cancel culture of our own is also incorrect. Again, I mean you no offense, but this betrays your lack of understanding regarding the difference between Conservatives and Liberals.

Leftists are activists by nature, they simply cannot leave well-enough alone and must constantly agitate. Their insatiable appetite for agitation and transformation will never be satisfied. They use emotion and coercion broadly to support their agenda. Leftists believe that government action (interference is a better word) is necessary to achieve equal opportunity and equality for all. Liberals believe that it is the duty of the government to alleviate social ills and to protect civil liberties and individual and human rights.

Conservatives, on the other hand, believe in personal responsibility, limited government, free markets, individual liberty, traditional American values and a strong national defense. Conservatives believe that the role of government is to provide people the freedom necessary to pursue their own goals. Conservatives simply want to be left alone to go about their business and their lives, unhindered, without undue regulation and without government interference. Conservatives do not agitate. Conservatives do not seek or engage in violence, unless absolutely necessary and there is no other choice. Violence is the last resort for a Conservative, while it's often the first choice for a Leftist.

You are correct that it's not up to corporate America to stand up to BLM. What you're missing in that equation; however, is that it's not their role to support them either.

I wish you a good evening as well.

Aside from the Starbucks issue for a minute...
I studied the subject of Communism as a youth...learned the truth about it.
It sounds like you are also familiar with it's history.

I have a hard time getting people to read. Sometimes they will watch a video.
Eventually, a man named Aaron Zelman produced a documentary on the death toll of Communism upon its own people in the past century. One of the few ever done, and IMHO probably the best. Unfortunately he died a while back.
I fortunately got Mr. Zelman's permission to show it to private groups at no charge. Did that for years. I wish I could give a link to the full video. JPFO sells the DVD and is careful to protect the copyright. Here's the intro that they posted. If you know of others in your area interested in this subject, you might want to share it with them. It uses actual archived photos of the infamous historical events and keeps a good pace to keep it interesting to those with the shortest attention spans. It was made for and intended for TV. I highly recommend it. Have a great weekend.

Happy_Camper: As a student of history, I do indeed know a bit, but I'll definitely look into the JPFO video on Communism. Thanks. Too many people are ignorant of American history, world history and the many different forms of government, which obviously includes Communism. We have the Public Educational Indoctrination system to thank for that ignorance.

Many would do well to watch the following video, particularly, these BLM/ANTIFA/Leftist agitators who have virtually no understanding of the different types of political systems, as clearly evidenced by them labeling Conservatives as Nazis and Fascists, when in actuality, the opposite is true - it is they who are the Fascists. Although basic, this video does a great job of explaining the difference between these forms of governments and is an excellent resource for those wanting to reexamine the many types of political systems - Conservatives included:

I go to Starbucks, and will continue.

About 5 or 6 times in the last 20 years.
Rockefeller center, we were cold and wet, it was a hot drink.
Pittsburgh, during the St Patties parade, they had a shutter, I bought a black coffee.
My youngest likes the fancy coffees. On vacation I might hit one in a
truck stop to treat her.

Don't go in any coffee shop often.
$4 coffee doesn't taste any better than $2 coffee.

Actually though, I'm holding a cup of Starbucks right now.
A family member gets k-cups at the food bank. He gives me a case every
once in a while. Great coffee this. For the price!
I only use it when I travel abroad (outside the states). Much like McDonalds it's one of the few places you can walk into anywhere and the core menu including drinks are the same or similar. I don't eat the garbage either dishes out but I am a coffee addict and have to have it wherever I am at the time. Besides, I'm sure if you started looking deeply into what workers do to the food of certain customers you wouldn't eat out ever again. Thats why I don't eat out.

I'll gladly take a dessert cup of coffee if my wife and I are bundled up walking around at night in the snow in Telluride, or Jackson, or Vail, or whatever. But that's kind of a special occasion.

I will sometimes have a cup of coffee after a dinner with clients, where they want to tie one on but I want to stay sober enough to play my cards right.

fMy friend said that Cut Bank bars are shutting down early because of a flood from the Rez to come over drinking in the Cut Bank bars and restaurants. They're getting drunk and passing out everywhere, starting fights etc For some reason nearby Browning is running low on booze. I guess the Rez lifestyle has nothing to do with their health issues.

Excellent JBS video!
Mr. McManus at his best. Every middle school student should be shown and quizzed on their materials every year through 12th grade. It wouldn't hurt the 24 Hour Campfire members to watch it either...

The JPFO video focused on the fact that more people were murdered by their own gvts over the past 100 years than any other time recorded. Of course most of those countries were socialist and communist. One thing they had in common was that they were all disarmed first.

The JBS certainly educates the public about that issue. Bill Grigg comes to mind. They also focus on getting us out of the UN, liberty and much more. Great choice.
If I feel the need, I just hit a 7/11, McDonald's or Dunkin' for $1 cup of extra black with extra no sugar.
No, Jesus is NOT a genie and I'm not making wishes.
Genies are demons.
Jesus is the Son of God.
Instead of having some entitled attitude and using His Son's name for a cuss word, I simply ask Him for something sometimes and He shows how kind He is when he answers. I may be able to afford what I ask for, but I know where everything I have comes from.
Even the job and the $.

The other day, I asked for something that I needed replacing that was very specific and rare. Not only did He give me the item that would have cost me $504. + Shipping, He gave me over $1,000 -$2,000 worth of related items that I and people that I know can use. Haven't had time to appraise the rest yet. The people who sold them to me just stuck a price tag on the lot...no haggling......no offers. Just $30. At the mall.
Brand new..... Rare....high demand...over$1,000 value.
No negotiations. Coincidence? Believe what you want.
I believe what seems obvious to me.

Critics will criticize, scoffers will scoff. It really doesn't matter to me. They will do what they want and nothing will convince them. When God's people hear what He does, they grow in faith. When SINCERE unbelievers hear what He does, they sometimes make His Son the object of their faith. When we turn to Him in faith, we become a family member and the Father can turn to us to provide our needs. He will show kindness to others too.

A dad takes his boy out for ice cream, or buys him a ball glove he really wants. Normally, that boy shows appreciation, gratitude...and thanks Dad.

Either way, Jesus told me,
If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?

Jake,

I didn't know that you and Elwood had your own brand?

I've gotta buy some of that! Maybe a loaf of white bread too. The Blues Brothers Diet. 😄
I haven’t been in a kroger in 30 years

Are you OK?
SB's coffee sucks. It tastes like burnt tar. If we want a decent cup we stop at McDonalds and grab a senior cup for under $1. One of the best cups you can find on the road.

would it be possible for you to post your info...…..I would like to get a restraining order against you......bob
Wabigoon says he and The Gay Camper talk on the phone.

LOL

What I wouldn’t give to be a fly on that wall.
Why anybody would spend what they want for a container of coffee is Beyond me!!!
Bob,

"Out of the issues of the heart the mouth speaketh."

I'm simply stating a fact that will be a blessing to those who have ears to hear.

But YOU are acting just like those who tried to restrain Jesus for the things that He said about the Father.

"If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not.
But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father [is] in me, and I in him. Therefore they sought again to take him: but he escaped out of their hand." --Jesus Christ Who might still save you.

"Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity." --Jesus Christ your Judge.

Yeah Bob. You and your scoffers go to THE Judge and get your restraining order. Don't be surprised if He doesn't speak to you any more until that day in His court.

In 2001 I worked at an ultrasound start up with all the starbucks coffee I could drink for free.
I could not drink any. It was too bitter. I am drinking Mount Hagen freeze dried coffee, right now.

I live in a liberal town with (3) Starbucks and conservative cops.
The employees at our local starbucks are all hippies commuting from Seattle.
I wonder what Howard Schultz will do when he is herded into the cattlecar with a bunch of angry people? And how long will he live on said train trip? I don't drink coffee as it causes a bad reaction in my guts. I think many years ago I got a hot chocolate in a Starbucks. Hard to remember that many years back. I had a group in Columbia MO and was one of their adult chaperones. Looked like a big bunch of fakes in the store and way overblown as to service and product. After fellow people in uniform have had troubles with them I won't even darken their doorway. Not my problem as I'm not addicted to coffee. Be Well, even those from Kalifornia, Rustyzipper.

Whatever the happy camper is drinking I want some. Starbucks Via Instant french roast is the ultimate road trip coffee. Pro Tip: Small campstove and 1 qt. pot. boil water, 2 Vias in a 16oz insulated cup, hot water in your Mt. House biscuit and gravy and you are ready for anything. If you are hardcore, boil a second pot and fill your thermos and stay caffeinated until noon.

Via is good stuff.
Went to a Starbucks once, about 15 years ago..... That was it for me. I don't want gourmet coffee crap and ain't gonna pay outrageous prices for it, anyway. Besides; I don't like their politics and general attitude. Not only was I "offended", but also "triggered".

One trip to Starbucks was enough, it should suffice if one has functioning taste buds.

So THAT'S what that phallic symbol is in your picture.
I was wondering what the milk symbolized.
