I’ve read some of their posts...But, I’ve never done a deep dive into 4chan.

The posters seem extremely savvy at taking apart a picture or video then frame by frame analyzing individuals. A few hours later, they have a pretty good dossier built with what appears compelling pictures of individuals they have compiled from historic information available both written Twitter posts, FB, and the typical social media “Hey look at me shît”

I tried checking out 4chan some time ago. I quickly let my web browser take me elsewhere.

That was the event that first caught my attention concerning 4chan.

Why pay to give them a cubicle when they are willing to work from their mother's basement? And why would the 4channers want to use the antiquidated equipment the government would issue them? Besides, some of the methods used by 4chan might have legal problems if they were to become known.

As mentioned, it would not be pretty to have these guys mad at you and their bosses, being mostly unknowns, would likely become publicized targets if the Cheetos were stale.

Maybe some do....4chan could be just a relaxing distraction from a long day at work searching for AllaCumGet Me terrorists.

/K/ is the board for weapons/military/war and oftentimes has some interesting historical stuff pop up on it.

The reason they don't "work" for the agencies, in the traditional sense, is likely because they can't. Physically, emotionally, etc. They're good at what they do because they're not like most of the rest of us I do believe.

They have some very smart people on that site.

They despise most politicians. They like Trump a lot of course but they really like his non political style of communication. They can spot even the smallest of details on a story. It’s actually quite impressive on what they have found.

They tracked down his anti-Trump flag by studying contrails and freeway noise. Took it down and flew a Trump hat in it's place.

Some of them are already .gov contractors and employees who moonlight/freelance in IT security/merc hacking( paid to hack or attempt to break security barriers/find things hidden deep in the internet) They are good at what they do for sure. Some are rogue actors, others just wannabes I’m sure.

Some years back we had a Mainland Chinese exchange student, son of somebody who could afford three kids AND send ‘em to America. His older brother was a college student here who paid cash for his expensive car.

This was ten or twelve years back but our internet back then was constantly getting screwed with, stopped after he left. I always figured it was his people keeping track of us.
