Had a kid killed during the BLM/George Floyd crap earlier this summer. The county attorney said it was self defense but the local trouble makers demanded and got a grand jury to investigate. The GJ came back with an indictment for manslaughter. Not a lot of info in the article but it looks to me like an assault and an armed response. It appears that they are trying to convict the shooter because he said some racist things on social media. I didn't know that was a crime.

There is the old phrase that "a Grand Jury can indict a ham sandwich" Must be what we have here.

that is because only low life prosecuters are allowed to talk to the grand jury. the defense attorney is not allowed in

I'm curious what carries more weight. Failure to indict by a grand jury, or failure to convict by a jury of your peers.

They sre using grand juries to indict folks in order to destroy them monetarily. Doesn’t matter if they’re eventually found innocent their lives are destroyed.
