I watched to the end, hoping to see how much those two boys were leaking.
I have had a small domestic sow stand on my belly and attempt to eat my face. I knew better than to get in the pen, she came over a hog fence to get me.
Anyway, it was no fun. I saved my face by stuffing my right forearm in her mouth.
There is no way in hell I would climb into a cage with a wild boar.
So, consider how stupid those guys were to get in that trap. NOW, consider how stupid they were to turn around and post that embarrassing schit on the internet. It’s a wonder they don’t drown in a rain storm.
So what were they trying to do? It looked like they were just trying to get the hog out. Why not just leave the door open and back off , I don't get it.
Video should have been titled: "PROFILES IN STUPIDITY", and had one of those "Don't try this at home" disclaimers at the beginning. YouTube has a lot of fans just as dumb as those idiots in the video.

"I got a phone call to help a friend remove a wild hog from a trap, and when we got to the property we realized he was a lot bigger then we thought. We attempted to tie the hog off in the pen so we could get our hands on his back legs and pull him out, but the hog ended up breaking the rope while we were in the trap with the hog. The hog turned around and began trying to cut us and beat us against the pen. We managed to get out with a few cuts and scrapes and the hog got away."
These are Weirgate pigs, weren’t trapped, they kept coming back out like retards. I’m a Dumass, only had a dozen 358’s with me, came back after I’d run out. It was the damndest thing I’d ever seen.

Sorry, I tend to disagree, children need protecting and warning.......... once you get to be a grown man, some things are best learned first hand....
Like this one, I'd be surprised if they try that again.................
If they do!!!! Well maybe the next hog will have tushes.....
Would you seriously take the physicsl risk to pull him out and nut him? The risk of him not surviving it? (Risky on adults) Then pen him up and feed him for a couple months untill he cleans out.
When I assume you could catch some sows or younger better eat in hogs in the next few days?
Our hog farmers will often shoot a big old boar and dump the body. They often fail to bring gas money at auction. And they aren't worth the expense of a vet and feed/time to purge.
If the plan was to nut him, I'd like to see that [bleep] show without drugs.

Nah...hunting operations pay $350 for any hog that will go 250#. People from PA will pay $1000 to kill him.
I wish I could post a few of the videos I have of them charging the fence.
Those look like they may have been domestic hogs that were released or escaped, especially the two black and white ones that look like they might be full-blood Hampshires (red one could be a Duroc, but can't say for sure). Most feral hogs don't resemble a particular domestic breed because hogs gone feral certainly aren't as picky when choosing mates as the farmers who breed them to sell for bacon.
Edit to add, probably released rather than escaped because I don't see ear notches which would indicate the litter and pig number if they were going to be kept by a farmer (I assume hog farmers still notch ears for ID).

Yeah, it's kinda strange because they appear to halfway know what they're doing the way they grab the tail and the legs, but clearly they didn't think things through. Wonder if it was trapped in a location where they couldn't shoot it.

We have a lot of pigs marked like that, caught a large male that was Snow White.

It’s on the opposite side of the road that goes to the cemetery, about halfway to the high line right of way.
Yup...I built that old corall trap at the bottom of that road about 20 years ago. The one about 500 yards north of that one too. Don't judge me by the TED. LOL
I heard them in the video saying the pig was to big to turn around.....lol... NOT
That makes them even dumber. I figured they had his head tied.
Someone in the video said something along the lines of "the rope broke" about the time the hog was turning around. However, due to the shape of its head and neck, a hog can easily slip out of a rope tied around its neck. If you're going to "rope" a hog, you better do it around its torso, or it isn't going to stay roped long.
Was going to say, the Darwinism is strong in these two!
The trials and tribulations of the inbred...
You mean like the inbred [bleep] who built the country on whose teat you now suck? Those guys?
If the pin head brain fits, then yeah those guys, but I doubt the Founders ever crept into a hog trap to neuter a large boar and regarding the "tit" quibble, It's actually three of them (if you count social security) so if you're going to do a re-attack with the same repetitive drivel, at least get it right...
