I just stopped into a local convenience store for something. He was a couple of places ahead of me in line, and when he got to the register, he asked the cashier how she knew that all these people in the store were fully vaccinated. She just shrugged her shoulders. He then told her that they are all supposed to show her their card proving they've been fully vaccinated if they're not wearing masks. She told him that in Florida, businesses aren't allowed to ask for that. So, now annoyed, he says to her, "So, you're just supposed to go by the honor system that all these people not wearing masks have had the vaccine?" She shrugged her shoulders. He paid, looking annoyed, and left.
I felt like interrupting him and asking how what vaccines people around him in public have had is any of his business.

We all need to get used to start standing up for each other and strangers in these situations. The representatives no longer represent us if they ever did.
They need an earfull now, because it will only get harder later with the Vax Pass.
I talked to a gal at the store checkout this evening about them. She was fed up with them.
She clearly needed encouragement.

He was a good man, died at age 67. He and his wife started having kids at age 19 and had 3 girls that produced them a bunch of grand kids and even 2 or 3 great grand kids. To almost the end he would drag himself out to take them hunting and to our church. Last year he couldn't get ammo and he came over we loaded enough .270W.to get them through the season. I inherited a bunch of 150 Win. power points and brass so I told him we could keep him going.

We were never under a mandate here. Businesses made their employees though. I liked screwing with the waitresses when in a restaurant. They'd have their mask pulled down below their nose, or using it as a chin strap. "hey, I noticed you're not wearing your mask correctly...", they'd get flustered, apologize profusely as they pull it up. Then my wife would kick, me, I'd laugh, and tell them I would be happier if they just took the whole thing off. They'd laugh, feel at ease, complain about wearing them, and I'm sure spit in my food.
