Won't be frying that in a pan, baked in the oven?

Yeah, you can fit more in the tray at once but takes longer to cook.

The pig continues to be an amazing critter.....

Supposed to be the perfect combination of crunchy and chewy.

Have to try it, usually do mine in the oven, more uniform less watching

That would be the perfect complement to a plate full of Curly Fries.

Here's a video baked on parchment paper. I'm wondering if it would be better to do it on a wired rack over a tray to let the grease drip and eliminate the need for turning.

Looks durn good. I'l try that this weekend!

In full discloser, I haven't tried it myself. Just happened across it online. So I'm gonna try it too. At first I thought it was a decorative thing but reading some of the reviews, people say it gives a crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside texture to them, which sounds good to me.

I would brush them with a little maple syrup before twisting them too.

It's *way* better. Been doin it that way for years. Make certain it's parchment paper.

Yes, but it takes some very special genetic engineering to develop a pig that has pork bellies like that. wink

Throw em in the Treager.

Seems like a lotta' trouble just to eat some bacon. I'll stick with the thick-cut hickory-smoked variety - fried up in a cast-iron skillet, thank you.

Tried some, did it in the oven. Takes the same amount of time as flat.

Those will work great in a bloody mary.
