Well, it's a real problem. Continue to pay your bills, or go look for work elsewhere. For some it's easier said than done. It's not right, and it's hard to believe it's happening as widespread as it is, but so far there has not been a lot of recourse for people to fight it. I imagine I'll be in the same position in a few months. Continue to get paid, or take a stand. I like to pay my bills. Hopefully the Novavax vaccine will be an option by then though.

When the vaccine gets FDA approved it's going to get rough.They are going to break people down to take the shot.Most employers will require vaccination,probably going to be a push like France is doing to there people restaurants,bars,concerts,stores,sporting events and the list goes on most people will surrender not to lose everything.

They’ll have to include the various strains just as the flu shot does. That will be another option for those who think the current shot is too risky. Not expecting it soon, as the cash cow hasn’t been milked dry yet, and a real vaccine may have to go through established testing procedures.
Since the Feds can only mandate masks in venues they control like air travel, expect a lot of pushback from states who will want to control their own policies. Trump had to back down on some of what he said early on about the authority he had, though he framed it as yielding to local officials with better knowledge of their situations.

Yeah man, I mentioned one of them in an above post. Novavax is in stage 3 clinical testing and plans to apply for FDA approval this fall. I'm hoping it is on the market when my job requires it for employment. Probably won't be though.

Reason for the face masks appears to be that 2/3s of Louisiana residents haven’t been vaccinated yet.
The lack of a mask REQUIRED if having been vaccinated, under the current BS......to me sounds more like a petty rewards system for the flock.

This can only be done if the virus has been isolated, so far that has not been done. That is one reason why this "experimental" vaccine doesn't work, at all.

A real vaccine for COVID would be quite a breakthrough since COVID is a variant of the common cold. There hasn't been a vaccine for the common cold yet.
