Ordered up some more MTM ammo boxes yesterday.

Milt Sparks hit my credit card Friday for a holster I ordered a while back.

Edit; Will hit my local supplier this morning to see if he's got powder and primers...

LOL
Nothing today but that 8 lbs. of Hodgdon Leverevolution powder I ordered a while back got dropped off on the front porch Friday.
Slyver: Saturday I bought myself another "bucket list " pistol.
It is an absolutely mint condition Smith & Wessom Model 41 from 1978 manufacture.
Gunstuff shopping IS my favorite pastime.

Hey there, old friend.
I just ordered a Microcell Ultra-Light Recoil Pad for one of my SxS's that pounded me over the weekend dove hunting.

I bought a 10K jug of airsoft BB,s for my bud Masar.

And then I went to wally world and bought some tighty whiteys.
Some 36 38 depends.
A pair of sunglasses.
A baby bottle and a 6 pk of red bull.

Gonna do a pic layout this afternoon.
All my gun stuff was lost in a boating accident. I guess the safes were too heavy for the canoe.
After that rip in the fabric of time tore through here and all my stuff disappeared, I decided to give it all up for good and take up birdwatching.

Wonder how much I can get for it???

Looked at a bunch but didn’t pull the trigger 😊
And for Slyver's next post, he'll be asking how to make a silencer out of an oil filter.

Maybe even ask if one of ya'll would PM him instructions and a video tutorial. smile

Get any Capri Sun joosh?

Lol.
I made solvent traps out of my suppressors.
Since it's Indigenous People's Day, I'm going to buy some fry bread. I may go all-out and buy a Navajo Taco. While not specifically shooting-related, there will probably be slight overpressure as a result. #staystrong

Don't try reaming the flash hole
DeFlave: I have always wanted one of these S&W Model 41 pistols at least since I first shot one back in 1980, that belonged to a partner of mine.
He was a pistol instructor on my department for several years and an incredible pistol shot.
Anyway he shot one on the evening indoor pistol league back about 1980 at our police range. Often 40 or 50 shooters would show up for this indoor league and the Model 41 was a favorite of many shooters. At the time I worked the night shift and my rotating days off would not allow for my participation. But I got to attend about one our of five shoots and shot his 41 during practice before the league shoot.
It was a dream. The trigger on his may have been worked on but the trigger on the 41 I bought is splendid as well.
What a life coincidence - as he was just here for the Antelope opener (Saturday) and helped me help my 100% disabled veteran friend get a nifty Buck Antelope opening morning.
We (the three of us) headed home where we downed some hot soup, hung the Antelope and headed for the local gunshop (75 miles each way) where I found the Model 41 on consignment from an estate.
I had a snap cap along and made my friend try the trigger and he gave it the thumbs up and I purchased the 41.
We also purchased some pistol powder but NO primers were in stock nor 17 HMR ammo which BOTH my friends are in desperate need of.
Hope you are sunnin it up down Mexico way (Florida) as we got 8" of snow here today (Monday October 11th) and last night - and its still coming down - we need the moisture but Antelope Hunters are "gumbo'ed up"
all over central Montana I am sure.
Aren't you homesick for Montana yet?
Stay safe down there.

I’m sure it’s just a coincidence, but there’s a new seller on GB operating as “TardisGuy”.

My 3 daughters were sooooo jealous of that dumb painting when they was young.
Dads " masterpeice" in their eyes from when he was 6.
I think my gramps Morrison actually framed it as a joke looking back on it.
Which is totally feasible knowing the way he was.😄😄😄

My Mom had it for decades, then made a big show in front of the girls and me insisting I take it back in 01 when we moved back down here to FTCKY and Clarkvegas.
Been on the wall in the mancave ever since.
🤪🤪🤪😄😄😄😄😄🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I saw 4 pounds of a powder I really would like to have, but at $64 a pound, they are still there. Primers are high priced, but not that bad!

We've been through this before, you buy when the buying is good.
I bought a pack of Trojans.
Got to keep schidt out of my barrel.

Bushnell Nitro 2.5-10x44 SFP at Natchez. On sale +10% off code.

The higher powered one on my .223 has impressed me, so I'm getting this to upgrade my beater .270's glass.

Had a few odd AA powders for $30-40/lb

Have put a dent in my Unique this summer and would like to find some
Anyone use HP38 in a .44 mag with cast?

Extra magazine for my Sig P239.
Extra mags for my pc carbine and made a deal on a Williams fp sight for my Remington 660.
Didn't buy any but I took the model 70 apart and gave it a deep cleaning
Nothing I needed. No powder or primers. Sucks! Edk

No gun stuff, bought slick tricks.
A Fortis Billet upper AR15 receiver and a Daniel Defense buttstock. Acquiring parts for a new build - haven’t decided if I’ll go 5.56 or 6mm ARC.
I ordered a reproduction Boer war Lee-Metford ammo (.303 British) bandolier today for a new shooting iron that I just might have tomorrow! So you will have to wait on pics!!! 😉.

I promise not to disappoint!!! 😊
HBE Holster for a Smith 642 I bought last week
I didn't buy it, but I did recently acquire my granddad's revolver from when he served as deputy sheriff at a small West Texas town back in the 50's-early '60's. Not sure what it's worth, but it obviously has high sentimental value to me.

Very nice JG!!! Awesome piece with a story!
Super cool.
Thanks. I believe it dates back to about 1940. I like the worn bluing around the cylinder from where it was drawn in and out of his holster.
A gem JG.
And those ejector rod shrouds were the thing for bustin’ and unruly skull! 😉

I bought gas for my truck and went shooting.
Yes it has been gone for a long time.

I started with 50 and wound up with with 150.

Seems that Hornet brass breeds. grin
Tinks 69......2 bags of corn.
Found a decent deal on a Tang Safety 77 in .25-06. I thought the floor plate looked bowed so I tried to straighten it and snapped it in two. So I got to buy a used one on eBay. Idiot.
I’ll be picking up a Ruger M77 RS tang safety in .358 along with 6 boxes of Winchester Silvertip factory ammo at my FFL today. I bought one of these back in the early 90’s and loved it. For some stupid reason I decided to sell it a few years ago. It will be nice having one again. I’ve got a Leupold 1.75-6 waiting to go on it. Hopefully I’ll have it dialed in and ready to hunt by this evening.
