All the foreign movies on Netflix dubbed in English with lips out of sync is getting old.
I only do Russian porn.... smile

Not....
Yeah - why can't they get the English words timed up with the foreign language lip movements? smirk
I won’t watch foreign films unless it has subtitles.

If they try to dub English over foreigner I can’t watch it.
Dark was pretty good, Troll Hunter too.
What's funny is to watch a dubbed show with subtitles turned on. The English subtitles often don't match the dubbed language. And the subtitles sometimes don't really reflect what the actors are saying in their native language. My German is pretty basic but several times I've listened to German dialogue and they switch American slang for whatever the actor said or just botch the whole meaning entirely.

Now that subtitles are so ubiquitous I'd much rather watch that than a dubbed movie or TV show. The voice actors usually aren't as good as the originally cast actors.

Life is full of challenges.

Dubbing sucks. I’m a subtitle guy. We’ve been watching some Russian shows on YT. At first The Wife had Chinese subs on, but finally relented and switched to the Anglo-Saxon ones so I could follow too.
Do they tend to show a lot of boobs in these films?
I generally prefer subtitles. It's really disconcerting to hear a German or Russian speaking English with a British accent. Jawohl, old chap!
Living with a disability must be tough.....

But please....don't give up
I like the original full length German version of Das Boot. Has sub-titles.
My wife and I are both hard of hearing so we use subtitles on everything. We can hardly tell the difference between English and Ugandan movies.
The 12th man is a good subtitled movie. No se habla, je ne sais pas Norwegian.
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon is the only subtitled movie I ever saw at a movie theater.
Squid Game is decent

My German is pretty limited, but I got a kick when the tour guide on a U-boat under construction referred to the head as "das Scheisshaus". The essence of it was you eat over here, and then you go there to eliminate it. All very efficient.
