I’m still on number 1, 48 years, later this month.

Number one, 25years.

38 years, first one.
She was a real hag for the first 25, then one day became less bichy, she must of realized I was right all along.

Once for me so far 35 years.

The best Lady in the universe, fifty-four wonderful years on the thrity first of December.

I am reminded of the Johnny Carson bit with the Zoo dude and the ferrets, I have one, what the hell would I do with a second one???

One, 50 years coming up next September.

Lasted 6 years and ended 16 years ago.

I tried it once but found leasing them was far easier, less stressful, and much more economical.

I’m the OP, forgot to mention, I had a high school friend that was on number seven, when he died in his late 50s, of a heart attack, of course.

I'm still on #1. Married 40 years. She's a real gem. Not sure how my ugly azz landed her. I was pretty persistent. Wouldn't trade her for anything.

I didn't get married until my mid 30's. 18 years so far on my first and only marriage.

I'll probably take chit for telling this... I've had 1 girlfriend who became my wife after 3 years and I was her only boyfriend, 41 years married. Just how it worked out, life hasn't been easy at times, isn't a fairytale, chitload of hard work on both sides... pure stubbornness... when asked our secret of making it work, my wife say's, stubborn, when it gets hard we're both to stubborn to quit.

1 and 36. My mother-in-law was married twice. She was number 4 for him. His first three divorced him and they all died of alcoholism. She outlived him barely both dying in their early 60s.

One that I met in university in 1984.

I’m on #2, First one 7 years, this one going on 20.

To be honest with you, the 10 years in between were pretty good, just me and the pup.

One for the last 28 years.

I'm enjoying number 3 for the past 19 years.

I am married to my first wife, we have been together for 29 years.

On the first one, 30+ yrs, so far.

Said "only reason we're still together, no one else would have either one of us " !

One, it will be 50 years in May-----

One. 63 years. If something happened to one of us there wouldn't be time for another one!

1st, 15yrs (she died on me) 2nd, 10yrs (last 2 were just on paper, she was a financial nightmare) 3rd, 8yrs and counting.

Life was/is great with #1 and #3. #2 started well until I realized she was a deceitful gold digging evil b***h.

45 yrs and until death us do part. She hasn't killed me yet...

Still on my first one. If it ever ends I will never do it again. Too old and set in my ways to face the aggravation of learning to live with someone new. I'd rather go fishing or hunting.

I’m on #2 myself. First one was 18 years until cancer took her from us. #2 and I are on seven years together. She’s an absolute angel and loves my first batch of kids like her own. We have one together.

two, first one I was 19, for 3years, the second one when I was 28, and she was 37, 30years so far.

First was 23 years and two kids. Second is 17 years and still going including a now-grown stepdaughter. The 5 years in between I refer to as my retirement ‘cuz it’s probably as close as I’ll ever get to doing only what I want only when I want to. But no complaints!

My second wife isn’t even born yet.

Still on #1, 26 years.

I lived with a girl when I was 19 and we were college students.
I lived with another girl when I was 23 and we were college students.
I lived with yet another girl when I was 25 and we were college students.

I have been married to the last girl for 45 years, and we are grandparents.

I dated a woman for about three years that had been married three times. She finally asked me if I intended to ask her to get married. My reply was “ Well no, marriage don't seem to work for you”. Now you might think that would have run her off but it didnt. What did run her off was when she asked when we was going on vacation together. The right response was not “ if you go with me how is it a vacation for me”. I miss her once in a while.

One 50 years last May15th.I guess I am pretty lucky.She never bitched about my hunting and fishing trips or about how many guns I have.In turn I turn a blind eye to her doll collection.

Just the one. Glad to have her but I can't imagine why anyone would do it more than once unless they didn't have kids.

At this point in my life I would never do it again. I'm too old and would have a hard time matching one up to what I got now.

Wore out two by age 24. Married to the love of my life for 47years last month.

My wife and I have had 28 wonderful years together. Been married 36. We both know she's too good for me, but there were more girls than boys in the town where we grew up. She couldn't be too choosy. Worked out fine for me.

My father in law (RIP) married and divorced the same woman 3 times. Why, I don't know. She's a harridan.

I tried it once when I was in my mid-30's and didn't care for it. It lasted 8 years because I was gone 10 months out of the year. I don't mind my own cooking or washing the chit stains out of my own shorts. No wife, no kids for me but dang do I miss having a dog around!

Married once, Lasted 34 years til she died. Won't marry again as I won't test my luck with a second. Have had some nice lady friends but I do like living by myself.

Insanity is doing the same thing over & over but expecting different results.

Wife #1 was a disaster. Her mother hated my guts and made no bones about it. My maternal grandmother hated het guts and made no boned about it. Dunno if we'd have lasted or not if those two old bitches had've just butted out and left us alone. Funny thing is now the that the old biddies are long dead and gone, wife #1 has gotten quite friendly again. Too bad she now looks more like Jabba the Hut than he does. We had two kids, a girl then a boy. I was never allowed any contact with them growing up.

Wife #2 on the other hand came with a package. Three kids. Still not sure how things happened but she was the best thing that could have happened to me. All told, we had 52 years together before she passed. It's been about 2.5 years since and I still miss her. We had one daughter and lost her son to cancer about 5 or 6 years ago.

I haven't thought much about a replacement. It's hard when you know you've had perfection. I might accept a lie in woman bought doubt I'll ever marry again.
