I'd like to believe so.

Any thoughts on the topic?
No, not likely
Blind folks are some of our best musicians.
of course, if you want to bad enough.
Are we talking self-abuse?
There are companies that like to hire autistic people.
Many of them are fantastic at doing repetitive, tedious operations.

Literally, not being too sharp for the job.
Something that would drive me nuts, is what comforts them.
No Brian, rather the hard knocks life hands us.
Depends on the interview.
There is the old, If it doesn't kill you outright, it makes you stronger.
Slavek's mom, who is #3 prostitute in all of Kazakhstan, say's... "sacharlie's weener too small".

I'm thinking she'd say no to this question.
Have you been reading Neitzsche? Camus? Cioran?

Right now I am in the middle of The Conspiracy Against the Human Race by Thomas Ligotti.
In an interview one time, I got asked what is your biggest weakness.

I answered, “honesty”.

Interviewer said he didn’t think honesty was a weakness.

I replied, “I don’t give a shît what you think”.
The old Greek, Demostenes, practiced speaking with pebbles in his mouth against the sea roar to strengthen his voice.
Well,....if you have a weakness for women, you can get one that has a good job.

Your greatest weakness must be humility.

Of course it happens quite often with believers.
Christ said the first sentence to Paul, then Paul responds to the quote.
2 Corinthians 12

"And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 10Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong. "
Walter Brennen turned that false tooth lisp into a trademark.

Jack Elam had that bad eye, as his look.

Everyone has multiple weaknesses.
My students who were diligent and committed to long term improvement worked on some of those weaknesses until they became strengths.

When he porno kisses his sister after calling her #4 prostitute in Kazakhstan, that kills me.

I'll tell you the easiest way to turn weakness into strength, have insurance on it. I flooded my basement once and cleaned up from State Farm.

Name four musicians who are blind.

Bocelli 1
A singer isn't a musician, but we'll count it just because you'll need all the help you can get.

FYI never heard of him, I wouldn't count him among "the best" from what I heard. He is good though.

Name a weakness in particular... and we can discuss.

A weakness in my mind is a suffrage... like a violation on a Commandment... a sin.

I don't see midgets or blind singers (or deaf composers) as having a weakness.

Vince Lombardi sought out individuals with various handicaps because he KNEW THEY WOULD OVERCOMPENSATE.

Thanks Rick.

Stevie Wonder ...
Yes. Cialis

Jose Feliciano doing Wichita Lineman on a guitar.
There is a title/ reward system based on post count 😂
I'm sure someone already said Stevie Wonder and I just missed it.

Here's a school of young children who all have mental disabilities. They have shown strength in blessing others.

PS:. Rick, I see you posted him now. 😎 👍

Well, those who don't have to run from ground zero...

Otherwise I can see your logic
Al Capp, used the loose of a leg to sharpen his wit.

The Litt'l Abner cartoon comic strips.
ex malo bonum
I don't think y'all know what a weakness is.....

A weakness would be something that you submit to that causes you to fail.

So no, a weakness will never become a strength. You must overcome the weakness.

Thanks for ‘splaining that. I couldn’t get there from what I read.
Not being aware of your weakness is a strength, that will one day be your greatest weakness.

Pain is weakness leaving the body!
Doc Watson was blind, wasn't he?

And of course: Johan Sebastian Bach...
