The third one causes me to question if it is correct. China using Taiwan, it's incredible talent pool, manufacturing expertise, highly skilled labor force "as a springboard to the west". Not so very long ago, Hong Kong was the banking, trade and most dynamic financial jewel in the eastern hemisphere, in a very short time the communists have managed to screw that up...royally. Much, much smarter people than I say we have nothing to fear from PRC long term. They WILL destroy everything they touch eventually...that's Communism (and liberalism). About all we have to fear are irrational bursts of temper when the ruling elite feel the foundations crumbling.
