I think Kissinger was the first to write a paper while working at a ‘Think Tank’ in the late 60’s that population control would at some point be necessary to sustain man vs. resources.

I believe he is still alive. At least I don't recall hearing of his death and I know a couple people on each side of bemoaning and celebrating Kissinger's death.

He's the Abe Vigoda of former Secretary of States.

He's still kicking. I remember when he was Sec State someone calculated that correlating the letters of his name to numbers would come up with the the Biblical number 666. Like all the rest of those theories, that was another false one.
