Mine was born on June 22, 1900
Let's see, I'll need to get back to you?
Born in1898.
Haven’t a clue. Never met him, he lived in Chile when he passed in ‘66

I figure it must predate 1900, as from what my mom said, living through the hell of WWI is what turned him into an alcoholic.
Mine would be 110 years old, and I remember his 49th birthday and how old I thought he was then.

A lifetime is short, and the hell of it is you don't grasp that until you realize you might have 15 years left to do the things you love, if you're lucky.

One hundred forty two.
My dad’s dad was born in 1877 and was 83 when he died. He was 53 when my dad was born and my dad was the youngest of 15 children. I was about 9 when he died and I just barely remember him.
Not sure about maternal but I'm guessing he'd be about the same age, maybe a couple of years younger, than my paternal one.

If he was still alive he'd be coming up on 143 years old.
He was born in 1885.

Osky
He would be 123 this year. Died at age 62, cancer.
Best I know is dead in 56 at age of 56 in Collinsville on the Sac River. My commercial fishing side of the family.
Pastor Herbert Hackbarth would be about 118 years old today, iirc! He passed away while I was in B2/75 , 1979! We were transitioning our training then , hostage rescue, raid type, scenarios, urban guerilla warfare. My Grandma called the company and berated 1SGT Voyles ! I could not get leave to go to funeral (did not really want to either) and boy oh boy did I do some pushups that week!

Maternal was born Dec 23, 1902. Never met him. Died 7 months before I was born.

Paternal was born Aug 3, 1899. Died When I was 16.
He'd be 112 now if he was still alive. He went way too soon back in 1972. I still miss him. My maternal great grandmother outlived him. She was born in 1888 and died in 1991.
He was born in 1897 died in 64 of am anurizim when I was 8.
127. Born 1895, passed in 1963 of cancer. I never knew him.
145 or 146 I guess, though basically every document that identifies his bday says something different.
Born in 1899.
100. Paternal would be 98. Both were great men and even better grandpas (Papa, as I called them both).
Lost them both in ‘09 about 60 days apart.

Pretty rough stretch……
111
Both my paternal & maternal were born in the 1880's.

My dad hardly knew his dad when his dad died, but I got to spend a bit if time around my mothers dad, 1888-1971.
He was born either 1899 or 1900. Served in WW-1 and had health issues the rest of his life from being gassed. He died in 1964 at age 64. I was 6 and never got to know him.
115
Probably 100. My dad's mother (aka granny) was born in 1910. She made it to 2008. Out lived her husband and son. She'd be 113.

They don't make'em like that anymore.

Not sure exactly when he was born-but about 1900. My grandfather was a university professor from Mariupol Ukraine. Josef Stalin sent him to a Siberian Gulag where he died in 1939.
111
My grandpop was born on April 4, 1901.
He knew some tough times, but better times than our grandkids will ever know.
And the sad thing is they won't care.

Born in Indian Territory (later OK), 31 Oct 1892; died Fort Bliss Army camp (El Paso, TX) 15 Nov 1918, 2 weeks after his 26th birthday.

Mom was 2 1/2 months old. I am fortunate to have a family photo from the day Private Johnson had gotten back to IT to see his family before returning to El Paso.

I never met him I was born a couple years after his death. His actual birth year was 1918 not 1919, he lied to get a job and somehow the fake year ended up on his tombstone.
77 rite now, as a kid he was my favorite person to hunt with, I could never sit still or be quiet and it never bothered him. Taught me to shoot, hunt, track deer, reload and so much more about the out doors. And to this day is still killing big deer

Both great men. Both sides of the family were very lucky to hVe them.
I was raised by my Maternal Grandparents. My grandfather was born in 1896 Mississippi. One of 13 guess he'd be 126 if alive today. He lived to 82. Lived through WW1 on the front lines, and as a railroad brakeman for most of his 45+ years with various railroads, finishing up in the Taylor yards in Los Angeles working for PFE / Southern Pacific.

Phil

Not sure.

That would be my English grandparent. He lucked out, too young for WWI too old for WWII, served as a fireman during the Blitz.
Born April 12, 19&18, 104 , laziest democrat ever born.
Expected his kids to raise him while he sat on the porch yearning for a bigger gov't check, gov't cheese recipient, thief. LOVED LB Johnson.
