My only hope there is they already declined to overrule the judge's "stay" on implementation back in January so .. maybe they'll do the right thing. Fingers crossed.

True. But the Case Law from the Oregon Supreme Court is very similar to the Rule in Bruen. State v. Kessler, 289 Or. 359, 614 P.2d 94 (Or. 1980)

Also, the judges are elected to the Supreme court and the Court of Appeals. I doubt they want to fight for their job for a measure that barely passed.

That’s exactly the point I tried to make last spring when the fuucktards were pounding on us. The fight is all of us against them. They’re looking for a chink in the armor. I know you’ve helped Jackmountain and it’s appreciated.
