Best news I've had all day.
However, I'm going to hold off on too much celebration as the state AG indicates she will appeal it to our liberal state supreme court. My only hope there is they already declined to overrule the judge's "stay" on implementation back in January so .. maybe they'll do the right thing. Fingers crossed.

It will go to the State Supreme court. It's been packed by the leftists for 40 years.

FWIW. True. But the Case Law from the Oregon Supreme Court is very similar to the Rule in Bruen. State v.
