He's bound to lose, but I hope it cost the owners billions of dollars too! If he was even an above average QB, he'd have a job in spite of his so called "protest". There's a pretty long history in the NFL of really good athletes being somewhat above the law. People love a winner, but an average QB isn't that hRd to come by, and this one has developed an uncanny knack for cheesing fans off. Nevertheless, his lawyer expects to be paid. As much as I despise lawyers, I hope this drags on for years costing millions for both sides! 7mm
Let's see.....I do believe his last 16 games....he won 2. You don't suppose this has something to do with his being unemployed.
He was 3-14 over his last 17 starts, over two seasons. He is a below .500 lifetime quarterback , with an attitude and still wants first string QB money......... this is why he is unemployed. Romo and some other WHITE QB's were also not offered contracts by anyone and retired..... If he put up Brady type numbers and was a consistent winner Half the league would be after him........ No matter how he is viewed by the average NFL fan.
He'll get something out of it. The NFL will either buy him off to shut him up, or he'll get a good enough lawyer to get him some sort of settlement. Just wait and see. Now, if he was White.....it would be a totally different outcome.
Moonbat playbook: 1) Throw a temper tantrum. 2) Accuse racism. 3) Sue for collusion.
Result: NFL capitulates in the name of tolerance, reinstates the man with back-pay, makes a formal apology & institutes race relations forums with players.

Most, but not all lawsuits such as this are on a "contingency" bases. The law firm only gets payed if they win or get a settlement. They take a percentage of the settlement.
This will cost the NFL and it's owners money and Kaperdick nothing, unless he loses and the judge orders him to pay the NFL's r attorney fees.
The NFL will settle out of court and they will find a team to sign him.

Actually he is sorta White......
back on topic, he shot himself in the Ass..
since that didn't pan out, he wants someone to pay him for his failures...
its the modern American way.....
Another reason I don't bother with pro Sports....
that and they pay those people more money apiece than the average Latin American Nation has a GDP of....
7mmbuster: Laughable! Some people simply have a permanent chip on their shoulders. Nothing, or no one, will ever make this chumpchimp happy. He is his own worst enemy. Sad. The nfl will most likely take the cowards way out and try to buy this cretin off somehow. Hold into the wind VarmintGuy
The owners better fight this with everything they have ! Settling with a washed up malcontent claiming collusion is suicide. They have a strong case to fight from in that he's always been a mediocre quarterback who opted out of his contract and is disruptive to the team with his SJW grandstanding. Settling on the charge of collusion would open the floodgates for lawsuits. The NFL can't afford to settle this one.

Spot on Dave, the NFL is screwed. They're already down in viewership. They caved to the protesters and the left. If they settle this thing, as you say, an army of lawyers will be at their door with other lawsuits. If they fight it, the protesting players will hate them and get more defiant. On the fans side, they have already alienated the patriots among us. If they fight Crapernick, they'll alienate the hate whitey crowd too. I really see no winning move for them.

So if I send out resumes to 32 companies, even if I didn’t want to work for them, and don’t get hired, I can sue them?
Time to fire up the typewriter.
When you're writing that resume, make sure to include that you're a mediocre employee, you have a massive chip on your shoulder and that you tend to draw negative, unwanted attention from your customers. That should have them beating down your door.
