Hunting out of season, civil offense for the value of the buf (conversion). All with a solid self defense/defense of others argument. This ain't Colorado.
Doesn't sound like a jailing offense, but still not worth risking for somone who's asking for it.
When that ol' bull started claiming his space, I said, "someone's gonna learn a hard lesson" and took a position to watch the show. I was disappointed.
