Being around big groups or crowded into population centers like cities is annoying to me. It’s much easier for me to let the little things go as I get older I don’t need the stress of being annoyed and I find that laughing at the stupidity is a better stress release than getting annoyed. I think the more tragedy and suffering you’ve witnessed and the loss of loved ones.....some far too young, offers a different perspective on what merits our lamentations and what’s better off being relegated to laughter and a smart ass remark.

When people use my stuff and then don't put things back where they found them. I can almost always find something unless someone moves it.

My father in law came to town and reorganized all of my tools for me a few years ago and I still can't find stuff. I had a framing bag, a plumbing box, and electrical box etc. When I for example needed to go to one of our rentals and fix a leak I grabbed the plumbing box and had everything I needed in it.

He decided all my screwdrivers should be in one box, my wrenches in another including pipe wrenches and end wrenches together. He also decided electrical tape shouldn't be with my crimpers and strippers they should be with my pipe tape, staples, and framing screws.

Nothing like looking through 10 bags and boxes to go do a simple job. The first few times I grabbed the right box and then drove 20 miles only to find most of what I needed missing I was pissed.

Might as well add the workers at fast food restaurants who don't even let you get through the doorway before asking you what you want.

Yeah, but the menu is up there in plain sight, so you can read it and make your decision while you're waiting in line.

My peeve is those who wait till they're at the head of the line and hem and haw over their order, probably with an extended discussion with the employee taking the order, like they're talking with the waiter in a five star restaurant. It's called fast food for a reason. Seems it's mostly couples and people with kids. I try to be ready and keep it simple, but I grew up learning to be considerate, and that includes not wasting other people's time.

Also semi truck drivers who on a 2 busy with traffic freeway try to pass another semi truck by going just .001MPH faster. Often they try and can’t pass the other truck because going up a mountain grade or something and after trying for a mile or so get back behind the truck they were trying to pass. It’s like what WTF was that stunt for?!?!?!?

How about the "trucker slow pass" scenario? You know the one. You're in a busy 75 mph zone on the interstate. There are two 18 wheelers, each doing their own version of 70 mph for whatever reason. Except the second 18 wheeler's version of 70 is 1/4 mph faster. But rather than knocking off 1/4 mph the second driver decides to pass. So he moves over into the left lane to go around, and the process takes forever. Meanwhile all of the 75 mph traffic has to knock off the cruise control and stack up behind the two truck rolling roadblock.

It’s because their company puts governors on the trucks and they can’t go any faster so they sit there side by side for 15 mikes doing 70 and blocking traffic. Of course they could slide back and get out of the way but they’re rude jerks and won’t give up an inch.

I wish the DOT would outlaw governed trucks, if you can’t get out of the way you’re a hazard and shouldn’t be on the road.

Sadly that's most people in this world. My wife has her masters degree, so from an academic standpoint there's nothing she can't conquer. There's about a 75 percent chance that as she is going down a divided multi-lane road she'll be in the wrong lane to get to where she needs to go. About 200 feet before she needs to make a right turn, she'll start considering how to get from the left most of the three lanes over into the right most.

I have to walk through crosswalks in a downtown district several times each work day. I watch in amazement at the people who cross without looking when the signal changes. A young woman from my office got hit doing such a few months ago. I chatted with her about it when she got out of the hospital. She said she'll have to start looking before she crosses in the future. Ya think? Academy grad.

The inconsiderate pedestrians who walk at a 45 degree angle outside the front of the door to get to their car drive me absolutely nuts. For more clarity, you are driving in the lane than runs parallel to the front of the store. Pedestrians walk out the door and cross your lane of traffic to get to their car out in the parking lot. They have the right of way. They should. I get that. However, 99 per cent of them will mosey across in front of you at a 45 degree angle while you wait for them to cross. When I enter or leave such a store, I cross at a 90 degree angle and then, once out of the lane, turn toward my vehicle. As a subsection of this, the pedestrians in the parking lot who mosey right, smack, dab down the middle of the driving lane. Really?!?! Move to the side. Please.

you can be in the right lane and doing 50 or so, because you know the curve is sharp ahead, and they come up within a few feet on your rear bumper...

passing them on down the road and you can see the driver is Mexican, Paki or Indian....
