It was all the kids and wife could do to leave them horses alone today.


Finally, the wife couldn't stand it and she jumped on my daughters horse and rode her out of the haylot.


Kinda makes me wish I had another horse.......

Was in a gun shop one time in southern California and an old time local made the comment that most people from out of state come to California to get ahead but they leave their manners at home. I was born north of there a ways in Ohio.

Family roots reach into Covington and Maysville both and add in West by God Virginia on my father's side.

Left Ohio and that part of the world 1 day after graduating from college. Never looked back. Never considered going back. Suppose I could now that I am in a decent place financially that I could have some freedom to get away to where I really like to be via vacations and hunting trips. But I do not see that happening. Live in the west. Cannot really imagine living anywhere else and I have traveled and worked pretty extensively across the country.

Went up north after to some little barbecue joint (good stuff).

Musta been planning to hit the Walmart after.
