The butcher has a slat of wood about 18” long with a wire loop tied to the slat at about mid point. He simply puts the loop over the dog’s head, takes up slack in the loop and starts twisting the slat.
It’s over pretty quick. It’s a common scene outback of restaurants and in open air markets .

Their complete absence of regard for the suffering of animals is an indication of this as well. When kids torture animals with complete disregard for their suffering, we know to be concerned about the possibility of psychopathy. When a culture attached to a particular race of people shows the same sort of disregard, you have to assume that there's something missing in the psyche of a large percentage of their population that those of the European race take for granted.
