In my opinion, it wasn't race motivated. It was a bully cop full of emotion and adrenaline who didn't care the cameras were rolling. Not the first time he was accused of excessive force. I couldn't say what I would do in their situations...I can only hope to do the correct thing at a moments notice.

Got another Nephew, a Captain in the Guard, I don't think he's he's even thirty yet, already has a sweet job as a City Engineer for an upscale bedroom community, He was in Puerto Rico with his unit for some months after that big hurricane.

In college he was on an ROTC Scholarship to Drexel, Engineering Program. At Drexel he almost flunked out right out of the gate Freshman year on account of a mis-understanding about absences in an easy Freshman English class taught by an Adjunct Instructor (heck, I'M an Adjunct Instructor). He was so embarrassed he didn't wanna tell anyone. We all cosigned for loans to get him through the next semester.

So his college career almost got nipped in the bud Freshman year, at West Point they have so much academic support that never would have even come close to happening.
