In my opinion, it wasn't race motivated. It was a bully cop full of emotion and adrenaline who didn't care the cameras were rolling. Not the first time he was accused of excessive force. He sparked a community who doesn't trust cops anyway. Things went sideways quickly and now everyone on both sides are using emotion as their motivation for poor judgement and behavior.

I couldn't say what I would do in their situations...I can only hope to do the correct thing at a moments notice.
