Or heck, all 10 of them.

1. Once Upon a Time in Hollywood

2. Inglourious Basterds

3. Reservoir Dogs

4. Pulp Fiction

5. Hateful 8

6. Kill Bill 1

7. Kill Bill 2

8. Django Unchained

9. Jackie Brown

Still need to watch Death Proof and I'm 100% certain it will rank higher than Jackie Brown.

I wonder how many actors/actresses will regret the use of then N word in 10 years when the Cancel Culture turns their hatred on them.
I didn't realize that he made so many crap movies until you listed them all like that.
Most of his movies that I've seen have bored me to tears.
Top 5 for me

1. Reservoir Dogs

2. Pulp Fiction

3. Death Proof

4. Jackie Brown

5. Four Rooms

Haven't seen once upon a time, but damn....reservoir dogs above pulp fiction? I have the same sentimental feelings for it because it was the first time I'd heard of Tarantino, but Pulp fictions a better flick to my mind.
Iove some Jackie Brown too though. I'd rate it higher than hateful 8.

Sin city is probably my favorite he collaborated on, then True Romance though he was a writer, not director. True Romance is high on my all time favorite movies.
Haven’t seen #1, but I wouldn’t argue with the order on the rest of your list..

Did you really want to know how many others here enjoy some Tarantino movies or are you just looking to agitate the grumpy old man contingent ??
Yep, 3-4 good ones on that list.

The rest are filler.

Boomers....hating anything filmed in color.
The Kill Bill movies are feminist crap. Django Unchained is anti Caucasian crap. Jackie Brown is empowered black woman crap.

Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction were decent.
Pulp Fiction
Inglorious Basterds

I never cared for the others.

This.

Tarantino was green-lighted to do the Social Justice Warrior crap and the messaging fouled / distracted the films.
The cinematography of Hateful 8 was top notch. Shot with 60 year old cameras on 70mm film. Course, doesn’t really matter if your watching it on the cheapest stuff you could get. Movie appreciation isn’t for everyone.
I saw Once Upon a Time last week and had to watch it again this week. (No baseball)

Great flick and it got me rewatching his other stuff is all.
Reservoir Dogs was pretty fuggin stupid.

Pulp Fiction was clever.

The rest is crap.

The guitar smashing scene flat out hurts a guy knowing what actually went down.
Most of Tarantino's movies are good, but flawed. True Romance is the best thing he's been involved with, by far. Pulp Fiction and Reservoir Dogs were pretty good shows and I enjoyed both Kill Bill movies even though they were stupid.
Have never heard of Death Proof, what year did that come out?

I thought Once Upon a Time was great.....

True Romance was good.

He just co-wrote it, didn't direct.
Inglorious Bastards and Pulp Fiction are likely 1 and 2 on my list.

Kill Bills were really good as well.

Once upon a time in Hollywood would round out the top 4.

He's been involved in some really good stuff for sure.

True Romance, Dusk Til Dawn, Natural Born Killers etc. etc.
I wonder if he'll end up being the Mark Twain of our generation.
I liked Pulp Fiction the first time I saw it.
It was unpredictable.

My mother in law, a Montana missionary, says she is ashamed that her grandchildren have seen that movie.
I should probably word that a bit differently.

My generation.
The last good movie made was Stagecoach.

Your presence here breaks the record for the longest running perpetual tantrum.

Res Dogs

Kill Bill 2

Rest of em: pass.

How could he not be?

Snatch certainly shows some influence, but rip off?

With Snatch, Sexy Beast, the Limey, etc., the Brits were pretty clearly trying to make Tarantino films. Don't get me wrong, they are great films. Hell, Snatch is more enjoyable to watch than most Tarantino films. But they were trying to make British Tarantino films. If "ripoff" is too strong a phrase, maybe "guiding influence" is more appropriate.

That was City Of Angels.
Django and Inglorious Bastards. The rest I never got into.
Django Unchained was great!
1. Pulp Fiction

2. Jackie Brown
3. Hateful Eight
4. Reservoir Dogs

5. Inglorious Basterds

I can’t get behind the rewriting history stuff, half of the time Tarantino ruins his movies with the ending.

Basterds, Hollywood are ruined this way. The ending in Django was completely ridiculous. Didn’t like Kill Bill. Death Proof just wasn’t good.
Jackie Brown
Pulp Fiction
Reservoir Dogs
Hateful 8

Don't really care for the rest of them.
I've never seen any of these.

I would yank django,
And slip "dusk til dawn" in the number 4 slot.
Despite it being a Clooney centric vampire movie.

Was Tarentino involved in "the bad lieutenant"?

If you bring "snatch" into it, what about "Lock Stock and two Smoking Barrels"?

Had no idea who that is and still don't, if Hateful 8 is that chit western I saw it on Netflix onc, wish I didn't. None of the others.

You can thank me for my input.

Kent
I thought Hateful 8 sucked.
Now if someone made another Quest for fire type movie, I'd watch that.

Kent
I think Once Upon a Time is his best movie as well

I don't care for the long character monologue's he has in his earlier stuff, and I think he avoided it this time while still developing his characters.

I watched 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea with my youngest the other day.

She loved that movie.

When Captain Nemo warns of the cannibals on the island she asked "what's a cannibal?" I said "They're people that eat other people."

Her eyes got big as saucers when they started chasing Kirk Douglas out of that jungle. LOL
BWAAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! holy fu-k what some 'call' entertainment!
After he made that WWII flick someone gave him a Parabellum P-08. Missing parts etc. One of his FX guys brought it into the shop along with some other stuff he wanted my coworker to fix. My coworker had worked FX for him during Grindhouse and several other productions.
Coworker recommended I look at the Luger. I went thru our bin of 50 years of acquired old Luger parts and amazingly I got the thing running. FX guys were amazed and a bit concerned about taking a working firearm back to that nut. 🤣🤣🤣

That's bad ass.
I watched Django. While not spectacular, it does not disappoint of you are a Tarantino fan.
Favorite Tarantino movie? The one where he has no cameo appearance...........and does not direct.
Pulp Fiction and Once Upon a Time= a tie. Eclipsed only by D to D because of Selma Hyak DUH!

Samuel Jackson in Django is how I have come to visualize criscoe.

mike r
True Romance is fantastic. Easily top 2. Didn’t think it counted as he didn’t direct.

Sexy Beast has no place in this discussion as a “rip off” or anything else. I’d call it an entirely different genre - Inde Film Noir, if you like. And easily as good or better than any films mentioned yet.
Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill, Once Upon a Time are in a class by themselves at the top.

Django, Inglorious Basterds are not quite up to that first group.

True Romance is a great movie.
Everyone talks about Christopher Walken and Dennis Hopper scenes, but I think Gary Oldman as Drexel the pimp has the best scenes in the movie.
Did anyone mention 2020, The Movie?
